 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 3) SEMI-COMPLIED. IN RESPONSE TO THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD, THIS CODE SECTION 1018.5 ACCESS TO PUBLIC WAY
 IS VERY RELEVANT. HOW DO YOU MAINTAIN ACCESS TO THE
 PUBLIC WAY IF VEHICLES ARE PARKED OR UNLOADING IN FRONT
 OF THE ALCOVE, THE CODE SECTION STATES DIRECT AND
 UNOBSTRUCTED, WE HAVE THIS SAME PROBLEM WHEN BUILDING
 ARE BUILT TO THE LOT LINE AND ALLEY DIRECTLY BEHIND THE
 BUILDING. PLEASE LET US KNOW HOW THE PETITION IS GOING
 FOR THE NO PARKING SIGNS, THERE SHOULD BE SOME
 LANGUAGE, AS TO WORDING, FONT SIZE AND SIGN SIZE, THANK
 YOU.
 SHEET A.101 & SHEET A.100 THE SITE PLOT PLAN SHOWS THE
 2ND MEANS OF EGRESS THROUGH DOORS 105 & 102.
 DOOR 102 IS RECESSED BACK IN A NEWLY BUILT ALCOVE BUT
 THERE IS ONLY 6 INCHES TO THE PROPERTY LINE HOW WILL
 YOU KEEP FROM HAVING TRUCKS STOPPING AND PARKING,
 UNLOADING IN FRONT OF THE ALCOVE. 2020 FBC-BUILDING
 CODE SECTION 1028.5 ACCESS TO A PUBLIC WAY. THE EXIT
 DISCHARGE SHALL PROVIDE A DIRECT AND UNOBSTRUCTED
 ACCESS TO A PUBLIC WAY.
  
 4) 2ND REQUEST. THE RESPONSE LETTER STATES THIS PROJECT
 IS A SHELL PERMIT ONLY. THE PERMIT APPLICATION STATES
 RENOVATION, THE TITLEBLOCK STATES EXISTING BUILDING
 ALTERATION & ADDITION FOR NORA PHASE I NOWHERE IS IT
 STATED THE SCOPE OF THIS PERMIT IS A SHELL.
 SHEET A.101 & S.101PLEASE SHOW BOTH DOORS 101A & 102 AS
 EXIT DOORS WILL BE ACCESSIBLE EXITS. 2020

 ACCESSIBLE SPACE, EACH ACCESSIBLE PORTION OF THE SPACE
 SHALL BE SERVED BY NOT LESS THAN TWO MEANS OF EGRESS.
 DOOR 102 IS A NEW BUILDING ELEMENT. 2020 EXISTING
 BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION
 ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY
 WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE,
 BUILDING & ACCESSIBILITY CODE.

 DRAWINGS & SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN
 THE FORM OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF
 MATERIALS, WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY
 WITH THE TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE
 SPECIFIC TO THE TECHNICAL CODES "CODE SECTIONS SHALL
 NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE OR IN PART, NOR THE TERM
 "LEGAL" OR ITS EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR
 SPECIFIC INFORMATION".

 RELATE TO THE PLAN AT HAND. THE BUILDING IS TYPE II
 CONSTRUCTION, AND THE NOTE IS TALKING ABOUT PLYWOOD AND
 FASTENERS FOR PLYWOOD. THAT IS WHY I INDICATED IF
 PLYWOOD IS TO BE INSTALLED, THEN THE NOTE SHOULD READ
 FIRE RETARDANT TREATED PLYWOOD.

 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES,
 RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING

 THE REQUIREMENT FOR FIRE RETARDANT TREATED PLYWOOD. THE
 TITLE SHEET LIST THIS BUILDING TYPE AS II-B
 CONSTRUCTION. PLEASE REVIEW SECTION 603.3.1.1 FIRE

 JOIST AND ROOF DECKING:
 BUILING PROVISO: WELDED OR BOLTED CONNECTIONS. THIS
 BUILDING CONTAINS EITHER BOLTED AND OR WELDED
 CONNECTIONS. THE CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE WELD
 PROCEDURE SPECIFICATIONS & WELDER OPERATOR PERFORMANCE
 QUALIFICATION RECORDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REFERENCED
 STANDARDS AT TIME OF INSPECTION FOR FIELD WIELDING, ON
 THE JOB-SITE WIELDING. THIRD PARTY CERTIFICATION WILL
 BE REQUIRED.
 THE OWNER MAY JUST HIRE A 3RD PARTY ENGINEERING FIRM TO
 COMPLETE AND APPROVE THE FORMER INSPECTIONS. REPORTS
