 1) THE LIFE SAFETY FLOOR PLAN NOR SHEET A.101 SHOW THE
 DIMENSION OF THE NORTH WALL TO THE PROPERTY LINE. SHEET
 A.100 THE ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN INDICATES THE
 PROPERTY LINE APPROXIMATELY 0.5 FROM THE NORTH PROPERTY
 LINE AND THE EAST WALL ONE FOOT SIX INCHES FROM THE
 PROPERTY LINE. THE TITLE SHEET, NOR LIFE SAFETY PLAN OR
 SITE PLOT PLAN INDICATE THE FIRE RESISTANCE RATING
 REQUIREMENT FOR EXTERIOR WALLS BASED ON FIRE SEPARATION
 DISTANCE & OCCUPANCY TYPE. SEE IN THE 2020 FBC-BUILDING
 CODE TABLE 602 ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY REQUIRES 1-HOUR FIRE
 RATING.
  
 2) SHEET A.001 THE DEMOLITION PLAN NOTE # 7 STATES
 CREATE NEW STRUCTURAL OPENINGS FOR DOORS OR WINDOWS.
 PLEASE PROVIDE THE WIDTH OF THE ALLEY, ONLY ONE-HALF OF
 THE ALLEY WIDTH CAN BE USED TO DETERMINE ALLOWABLE
 OPENINGS BASED ON FIRE SEPARATION DISTANCE AND DEGREE
 OF OPENING PROTECTION, SEE TABLE 705.8 OF THE 2020
 FBC-BUILDING CODE, NEW OPENINGS.
  
 3) SHEET A.101 & SHEET A.100 THE SITE PLOT PLAN SHOW
 THE 2ND MEANS OF EGRESS THROUGH DOORS 105 & 102.
 DOOR 102 IS RECESSED BACK IN A NEWLY BUILT ALCOVE BUT
 THERE IS ONLY 6 INCHES TO THE PROPERTY LINE HOW WILL
 YOU KEEP FROM HAVING TRUCKS STOPPING AND PARKING,
 UNLOADING IN FRONT OF THE ALCOVE. 2020 FBC-BUILDING
 CODE SECTION 1028.5 ACCESS TO A PUBLIC WAY. THE EXIT
 DISCHARGE SHALL PROVIDE A DIRECT AND UNOBSTRUCTED
 ACCESS TO A PUBLIC WAY.
  
 4) SHEET A.101 & S.101PLEASE SHOW BOTH DOORS 101A & 102
 AS EXIT DOORS WILL BE ACCESSIBLE EXITS. 2020
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 207.1 MEANS OF EGRESS
 SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION 1003.2.13 OF THE
 INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE (2000 EDITION AND 2001
 SUPPLEMENT) OR SECTION 1007 OF THE INTERNATIONAL
 BUILDING CODE (2003 EDITION).
 2003 IBC-B 1007.1 WHERE MORE THAN ONE MEANS OF EGRESS
 IS REQUIRED BY SECTIONS 1014.1 OR 1018.1 FROM ANY
 ACCESSIBLE SPACE, EACH ACCESSIBLE PORTION OF THE SPACE
 SHALL BE SERVED BY NOT LESS THAN TWO MEANS OF EGRESS.
 DOOR 102 IS A NEW BUILDING ELEMENT. 2020 EXISTING
 BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION
 ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY
 WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE,
 BUILDING & ACCESSIBILITY CODE.
  
 5) SHEET S.101 REAR DOOR NEW FLOOR SLAB PROJECTS PAST
 THE PROPERTY LINE. SEE SITE PLOT PLAN. DISCREPANCY IN
 PLANS. 107.2.1. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 6) SHEETS A.101 & A.501 SECTION 2 INDICATE NOTE # 20
 NEW IMPACT RATED GLASS SECTIONAL GARAGE DOORS, FULLY
 GLAZED MUST MEET THE REQUIREMENTS SLOPED GLAZING
 SECTIONS 2405.1 & 2405.2 OF THE 2020 FBC-BUILDING CODE.
  
 7) SHEET A.101 FRAMING FASTENER NOTES SPEAK OF PLYWOOD
 AND FASTENERS, THERE IS NO MENTION OF THE REQUIREMENT
 FOR FIRE RETARDANT TREATED PLYWOOD. THE TITLE SHEET
 LIST THIS BUILDING TYPE AS II-B CONSTRUCTION. PLEASE
 REVIEW SECTION 603.3.1.1 FIRE RETARDANT TREATED WOOD.
  
 8) SHEET S.401 & S.402 SHOWS WELDING IN DETAILS OF BAR
 JOIST AND ROOF DECKING:
 BUILING PROVISO: WELDED OR BOLTED CONNECTIONS. THIS
 BUILDING CONTAINS EITHER BOLTED AND OR WELDED
 CONNECTIONS. THE CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE WELD
 PROCEDURE SPECIFICATIONS & WELDER OPERATOR PERFORMANCE
 QUALIFICATION RECORDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REFERENCED
 STANDARDS AT TIME OF INSPECTION FOR FIELD WIELDING, ON
 THE JOB-SITE WIELDING. THIRD PARTY CERTIFICATION WILL
 BE REQUIRED.
 THE OWNER MAY JUST HIRE A 3RD PARTY ENGINEERING FIRM TO
 COMPLETE AND APPROVE THE FORMER INSPECTIONS. REPORTS

 FOR ALL ROOF TOP EQUIPMENT, CURBS, FANS OR A/C STANDS,
 AND OR VENTS, DETAILED ATTACHMENT TO THE ROOF FRAMING &
 DECK AS WELL AS FROM THE CURB OR ROOF STAND TO THE
 EQUIPMENT ABOVE.
 2020 FBC-B 1604.4 ANALYSIS. LOAD EFFECTS ON STRUCTURAL
 MEMBERS AND THEIR CONNECTIONS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY
 METHODS OF STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS THAT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT
 EQUILIBRIUM, GENERAL STABILITY, GEOMETRIC COMPATIBILITY
 AND BOTH SHORT- AND LONG-TERM MATERIAL PROPERTIES.
 EVERY STRUCTURE SHALL BE DESIGNED TO RESIST THE
 OVERTURNING EFFECTS CAUSED BY THE LATERAL FORCES
 SPECIFIED IN THIS CHAPTER. SEE SECTION 1609 FOR WIND
 LOADS.

 PLEASE PROVIDE THE MINIMUM SIZE OF THE OVERFLOW
 SCUPPERS.
