 A) SKETCH SHOWS A BEDROOM ON THE UPPER RIGHT HAND SIDE.
 ACCORDING TO CITY RECORDS AND PALM BEACH COUNTY
 PROPERTY APPRAISER THIS AREA WAS A PORCH NOT LIVABLE
 SPACE. THERE ARE NO CITY RECORDS FOR THIS ROOM
 CONVERSION. THIS IS CONSIDERED A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY
 (CHANGE OF USE OF A PORTION OF THE BUILDING) AND A
 PERMIT IS REQUIRED. NEED TO PROVIDE COMPLETE PLANS
 DRAWN TO SCALE AND SHOWING HOW THE ROOM WAS ALTERED TO
 BECOME A BEDROOM.
 SEC. 605 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. SEC. 105.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 RESPONSE:
 REVISED SKETCH SHOWS A PORCH AND RESPONSE LETTER STATES
 THAT OWNER WILL CONVERT BACK TO PORCH. NEED TO PROVIDE
 COMPLETE PLANS NOW DRAWN TO SCALE AND SHOWING HOW THE
 ROOM WAS ALTERED TO BECOME A PORCH. (THIS WAS DISCUSSED
 WITH BUILDING OFFICIAL).
 NOTE: NEW SKETCH DOESN'T SHOW ANY BEDROOM IN THIS
 HOUSE. CLARIFY?
 SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 NOTE:
 THERE ARE THREE BUILDINGS IN THIS PERMIT APPLICATION.
 CONTRACTOR MAY REVISE THIS PERMIT APPLICATION TO
 REPLACE THE WINDOWS ON THE OTHER TWO BUILDINGS AND
 LEAVE 529 46TH ST TO BE SUBMITTED UNDER A SEPARATE
 PERMIT APPLICATION WHEN THE PLANS ARE READY TO DO THE
 REQUIRED CONVERSIONS. PLEASE ADVISE IF THIS OPTION IS

 ABOVE. NEED TO PROVIDE COMPLETE PLANS DRAWN TO SCALE
 AND SHOWING ALL THE ROOMS IN THIS HOUSE.
 SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 2- DUPLEX FRONT WINDOWS: PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL AS
 REQUIRED BY FAC 61G20-3.001 FOR THE WINDOW MULLIONS
 (NOTE: NEED TO SPECIFY MULLION SIZE TO VERIFY
 PRESSURES. SEC. R301.2.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL).

 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT WITH A DESCRIPTION OF WHERE AND
 HOW THE COMMENT WAS ADDRESSED WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE THE
