 COMPANY). ACCORDING TO THIS, THE CONCRETE PAD
 ENGINEERING IS VOID BECAUSE THE LOCATION OF THIS
 PROJECT DOESN'T MATCH THAT LIMITATION. PROVIDE
 ENGINEERING FOR THIS SITE SPECIFIC LOCATION. SEC.
