 THIS PLAN WAS REVIEWED FOR CODE COMPLIANCE AND FAILED
 BY RYAN BROWN WITH THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS.
  
  
 1. IF THERE ARE TWO METERS, ONE FOR IRRIGATION AND ONE
 FOR DOMESTIC WATER, EACH WILL NEED ITS OWN BACKFLOW AND
 ASSOCIATED PERMIT. ONLY ONE BACKFLOW PERMIT HAS BEEN
 APPLIED FOR.
  
 2017 WPB AMEND - 105.1/107.3 -- PAGE C4.0 INDICATES TWO
 SEPARATE METER CONNECTIONS. ONE FOR IRRIGATION AND ONE
 FOR THE POTABLE WATER. EACH WILL REQUIRE ITS OWN
 BACKFLOW PERMIT. THESE ARE REQUIRED TO BE APPLIED FOR
 PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF THE PRIMARY PERMIT. YOU CAN SUBMIT
 AN APPLICATION "TBD" (TO BE DETERMINED) IF YOU DO NOT
 HAVE A CONTRACTOR SELECTED BY EMAILING A COMPLETED
 PERMIT APPLICATION TO [email protected]. AFTER
 YOU HAVE THE PERMIT(S) GENERATED, NOTIFY ME VIA EMAIL
 OR NOTE IN THE RESPONSE LETTER AND I WILL COMPLY THIS
 COMMENT.

 PLAN. THE TWO BATHROOMS NEAREST THE IT ROOM ARE NOT
 SHOWN THE SAME ON THE FLOOR PLAN AS THEY ARE ON THE
 ISOMETRIC. THE SHOWER AND WATER CLOSETS IN BOTH
 BATHROOMS ARE SWITCHED AROUND.
  
 4. IT IS TYPICAL AND MOST HELPFUL IF YOU SHOW A SECOND
 FLOOR PLUMBING PLAN WITH THE SANITARY TO THE SECOND
 FLOOR PLUMBING FIXTURES IMPOSED UNDER THE 2ND FLOOR UP
 TO THE CORRESPONDING 2ND FLOOR FIXTURES, MUCH LIKE THE
 1ST FLOOR IS SHOWN.
 2017 WPB AMEND 107.3.5.3 (12) - THE SECOND-FLOOR
 PLUMBING PLAN APPEARS TO BE MISSING.
