 THE REST OF THE PAGES.
  
 1. 2017 WPB AMEND - 105.1/107.3 -- PAGE C4.0 INDICATES
 TWO SEPARATE METER CONNECTIONS. ONE FOR IRRIGATION AND
 ONE FOR THE POTABLE WATER. EACH WILL REQUIRED ITS OWN
 BACKFLOW PERMIT. THESE ARE REQUIRED TO BE APPLIED FOR
 PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF THE PRIMARY PERMIT. YOU CAN SUBMIT
 AN APPLICATION "TBD" (TO BE DETERMINED) IF YOU DO NOT
 HAVE A CONTRACTOR SELECTED BY EMAILING A COMPLETED
 PERMIT APPLICATION TO [email protected]. AFTER
 YOU HAVE THE PERMIT(S) GENERATED, NOTIFY ME VIA EMAIL
 OR NOTE IN THE RESPONSE LETTER AND I WILL COMPLY THIS
 COMMENT.
  
 2. 2017 WPB AMEND - 105.1/107.3 -- IRRIGATION WILL
 REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT
  
 3. 2017 WPB AMEND 107.3.5.3 (12) - PLEASE ADD A RISER
 IN ISOMETRIC FORM FOR PLUMBING REVIEW. A RISER IS
 ALWAYS REQUIRED. A PRELIMINARY REVIEW OF THE SANITARY
 FOLLOWS BUT WILL NEED TO HAVE THE ISOMETRIC FOR FULL
 REVIEW:
 A) PAGE P200B - POOL BATH AREA - 2020 FRC P3108.1 - THE
 KITCHENETTE CANNOT CONNECT INTO THE SHOWER FIXTURE
 DRAIN. IF A WET VENT SYSTEM IS BEING USED IN THE
 BATHROOM AREA, ANY OTHER FIXTURES WOULD NEED TO
 DISCHARGE DOWNSTREAM OF THE BATHROOM GROUP.
 B) PAGE P200B - POOL BATH AREA - 2020 FRC P3108.2.1 -
 IT APPEARS, BUT IS UNCLEAR THAT THE WATER CLOSET AND
 SHOWER ARE BOTH UPSTREAM OF THE VENTED FIXTURE'S
 (LAVATORY) CONNECTION. ONLY ONE FIXTURE WOULD BE
 ALLOWED UPSTREAM OF THE VENTED FIXTURE THAT CREATES THE
 WET VENT FOR THAT BATHROOM GROUP.
 C) PAGE P200B - POOL BATH AREA - 2020 FPC P3104.4 - THE
 PRIVATE WATER CLOSET HAS A DRYVENT THAT IS HORIZONTAL
 BELOW THE FLOOD RIM OF THE FIXTURE. A VENT SHALL RISE
 VERTICALLY TO 6" ABOVE THE FLOOD RIM OF THE FIXURE(S)
 SERVED.
 D) PAGE P200A - STAFF LOUNGE AREA - THE WATER CLOSET IS
 NOT VENTED TO CODE.
 E) PAGE P200A - KITCHEN AREA - 2020 FRC P3101.2.1 - IT
 IS UNCLEAR IF THE KITCHEN TRAPS ARE VENTED/STUDOR
 VENTED?
 THIS IS ALL I CAN SEE FOR NOW. PLEASE SUBMIT THE SECOND
 FLOOR PLAN AS WELL AS THE COMPLETE ISOMETRIC FOR THE
 SANITARY FOR REVIEW. INCLUDE THE CONTINUATION OF THE
 VENTING IN THE SANITARY ISOMETRIC
 F) PAGE 201A - 2017 WPB AMEND 107.3.5.3 (12) - IT
 APPEARS THE UPSTAIRS WATER CLOSET AND BATHTUB ARE
 MISSING FROM THE DRAWING.
 G)PAGE 201A - 2017 WPB AMEND 107.3.5.3 (12) - IN THE
 SAME AREA IT APPEARS ONE OF THE WYES IS FACING
 BACKWARDS.
