 PROVIDE A SITE PLAN W/BOUNDRY LINE SURVEY. IDENTIFY
 LOCATION OF WORK. REMOVE ANY REFERENCE TO EXISTING
 STRUCTURES.
 107.2.5 SITE PLAN. THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED
 WITH THE APPLICATION FOR PERMIT SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY
 A SITE PLAN SHOWING TO SCALE THE SIZE AND LOCATION OF
 NEW CONSTRUCTION AND EXISTING STRUCTURES ON THE
 SITE,... AND IT SHALL BE DRAWN IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN
 ACCURATE AND INCLUDED BOUNDRY LINE SURVEY.

 12.PROVIDE LOCATION OF ATTIC ACCESS PER R807.1.7.
 R807.1.7 BUILDINGS WITH COMBUSTIBLE CEILING OR ROOF
 CONSTRUCTION SHALL HAVE AN ATTIC ACCESS OPENING TO
 ATTIC AREAS THAT HAVE A VERTICAL HEIGHT OF 30 INCHES
 (762 MM) OR GREATER OVER AN AREA OF NOT LESS THAN 30
 SQUARE FEET (2.8 M2).
  
 13.PROVIDE THE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR NEW ROOFING PER
 FIGURE R301.2(7) COMPONENT AND CLADDING PRESSURE ZONES

 14.PROVIDE A ROOF SHEATHING FASTENER SCHEDULE PER THE
 ENHANCED CALCULATED DESIGN PRESSURES OF ZONES 2 AND 3.
