 RESPONSE:
 PROPOSED SITE DRAINAGE:
 (A)IT IS NOT CLEAR HOW THE PROPOSED SITE DRAINAGE PLAN
 IS GOING TO KEEP THE WATER WITHIN THIS PROPERTY AND NOT
 GOING TOWARDS THE NEIGHBORS. THE PROPOSED RETAINING
 WALL DOESN'T ENCLOSE THE LOT TO KEEP THE WATER WITHING
 THE LOT. ALSO, THE GRADE ELEVATION OF THE PROPOSED YARD
 DRAINS ON THE SOUTH EAST AND SOUTH WEST CORNERS IS
 HIGHER THAN THE SURROUNDING AREAS. IT LOOKS LIKE THE
 FLOW ARROWS WILL CONCENTRATE ALL THE WATER IN THE SOUTH
 EAST CORNER. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO SHOW HOW KEEPING THE
 WATER WITHIN THE LOT.
