 1) SHEETS A1 & P1- FAIR HOUSING ACT COMPLIANCE: THE
 PRADO CONDOMINIUMS- 600 S. DIXIE HWY. ARE SUBJECT TO
 COMPLIANCE WITH FAIR HOUSING ACCESSIBILITY GUIDELINES
 WHICH CAME INTO EFFECT FOR MULTIFAMILY HOUSING BUILT
 FOR FIRST OCCUPANCY AFTER MARCH 13, 1991.
 A) REFER TO PAGES 7.56- 7.59 OF THE FHDA MANUAL AND
 SHOW A 30X48-INCH CLEAR FLOOR SPACE DIAGRAM POSITIONED
 PARALLEL TO THE NEW SHOWER AND FLUSH WITH THE NEW
 FAUCET CONTROL WALL.
  
 B) REFER TO PAGES 6.12 & 6.13 OF THE FDHA MANUAL AND
 PROVIDE AN ELEVATION DETAIL FOR THE SHOWER THAT SHOWS
 THE LOCATIONS OF REQUIRED GRAB BAR REINFORCEMENTS.
  
 PLEASE NOTE: AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO MEETING THE
 GUIDELINES FOR THE BATHROOM ALTERATIONS, THE OWNER AND
 DESIGNER OF RECORD FOR THE PROPOSED PROJECT MAY PROVIDE
 A SIGNED AND NOTARIZED AFFIDAVIT WHICH WOULD INDICATE
 ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT THE PROPOSED DESIGN DOES NOT MEET
 THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FAIR HOUSING ACCESSIBILITY
 GUIDELINES, BUT WILL ALSO REQUIRE THE OWNER TO AGREE TO
 REVERT THE UNIT BACK TO COMPLIANCE AT TIME OF SALE IF
 REQUESTED BY THE BUYER. IF THIS OPTION IS CHOSEN,
 PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO [email protected] AND I WILL SEND A
 COPY OF THE FAIR HOUSING AFFIDAVIT.
  
 2) P1 & P2: THE PRINTED NAME OF THE FL. LICENSED
 CONTRACTOR SHALL BE ON THE PLUMBING PLANS- SEC. 107.2.1
 WPB.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM.
