 ZONE WITH THE BASE FLOOD BFE:12.1 FEET BASED ON NAVD
 1988. CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ORDINANCE REQUIRES A TWO
 (2) FOOT FREE BOARD ABOVE THE BASE FLOOD ELEVATION
 (SEC. 18-284 CITY ORDINANCE NO. 4729-17). THEREFORE,
 THE REQUIRED FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION IS 14.1 FEET MIN.
 NOTE: DESIGNER OF RECORD NEEDS TO SPECIFY THE PROPOSED
 FINISHED ELEVATION IN ALL ROOMS IN ALL FLOOR PLANS.
 ALSO, DESIGNER OF RECORD NEEDS TO SPECIFY THE FINISH
 ELEVATION ALL THE EQUIPMENT SERVING THE BUILDING. SEE

 ELEVATIONS AND PROPOSED BUILDING.
