 INSTALL PROPER COVERAGE IN CRAWL SPACE
  
 THE COMPLIANCE DATE WILL BE JULY 22ND, 2023. IF CODE
 ENFORCEMENT IS NOT CONTACTED BY THE APPLICANT BY WAY OF
 EMAIL/PHONE CALL FOR THE RE-INSPECTION/EXTENSION WITHIN
 10 DAYS AFTER THAT DEADLINE (07/22/2023), THE LIEN
 REDUCTION APPLICATION IS TO BE DEEMED DENIED AND WILL
