| | PLANNING DIVISION. UNTIL EITHER A SITE PLAN FOR THE |
| | PROPERTY IS APPROVED OR THE AMENDMENT TO PERMIT |
| | DEMOLITION WITHOUT A SITE PLAN ARE APPROVED, ZONING |
| | APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT WILL NOT BE GRANTED. |

| | 2) PROVIDE A SURVEY THAT SHOWING THE PROPERTY LINE. THE |
| | PROPERTY LINE ON THE SITE PLAN MUST MATCH THE SURVEY. |

| | 3) ANY FEATURES OUTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY LINE SHOWN ON |
| | THE SURVEY, TO INCLUDE FOOTERS, LIGHT POLES, ETC., WILL |
| | REQUIRE AN APPROVED RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT PRIOR TO |
| | REMOVAL. PROVIDE A COPY OF THE APPROVED RIGHT-OF-WAY |

| | 4) THE PLANS SHOW THE RELOCATION OF THE EXISTING |
| | BRIGHTBIKE STATION LOCATION. YOU MUST PROVIDE THE |
| | AGREEMENT FROM BRIGHTBIKE THAT THEY ARE PERMITTING THE |
| | REMOVAL OF THE BICYCLE STATION FROM THIS LOCATION. |
| | ADDITIONALLY, YOU MUST PROVIDE A LOCATION APPROVED BY |
| | THE CITY'S PLANNING DIVISION FOR THE STATION'S |
| | RELOCATION. |

| | 5) PRIOR TO THE APPROVAL OF THIS DEMOLITION PERMIT, A |
| | TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHOWING THE DISPOSITION OF ALL |
| | TREES CURRENTLY ON AND ADJACENT TO THE SITE MUST BE |
| | SUBMITTED TO AND APPROVED BY THE CITY'S PLANNING |
| | DIVISION. THE TREE DISPOSITION IS NOT REVIEWED AS PART |
| | OF THE DEMOLITION PERMIT. |

| | 6) PROVIDE A COPY OF THE PAID INVOICE FOR THE REMOVAL |
| | OF THE PARKING METERS ON SOUTH ROSEMARY AVENUE AND THE |
| | BAGGING OF THE PARKING METERS ON HIBISCUS STREET. |
| | |
| | 7) THE TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION FENCE REQUIRES A SEPARATE |
| | PERMIT WITH PLANS. |
