 COVER PAGE, EVALUATION REPORT PAGES 1-5 AND
 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR SYSTEM USED TO INCLUDE
 CONCRETE DECKS, STEEL DECKS & WOOD DECKS. ALL
 APPLICABLE DETAILS AND ATTACHMENTS MUST BE CLEARLY
 IDENTIFIED ON THE PRODUCT APPROVAL DRAWINGS. DETAILS
 AND ATTACHMENTS NOT SPECIFICALLY COVERED IN PRODUCT
 APPROVALS WILL NEED SITE-SPECIFIC ENGINEERING. AS PER
 RULE 61G20-3.
 2. PROVIDE FIELD UPLIFT TESTING IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 TESTING APPLICATION STANDARD TAS 124 AS REQUIRED BY
 LIMITATIONS 5.6. OF PRODUCT APPROVAL FL7649-R10.
 3. FBC B 107.2.1 PROVIDE A SIGN AND SEALED ROOF
 DRAINAGE PLAN THAT COMPLIES WITH SECTION 1503 OF THE
 2020 FBC-BUILDING AND CHAPTER 11 OF THE 2020
 FBC-PLUMBING.
 4. FBC B 107.2.1 FOR CLARITY PLEASE REVISE ROOF
 DIAGRAM/SKETCH TO INDICATE THE AREAS TO RECEIVE NEW
 ROOFING CLEARLY IDENTIFIED ON DRAWING INCLUDING FLAT
 ROOF AREAS; INDICATE AREAS TO RECEIVE NEW ROOF
 COATINGS; AREAS TO BE REPAIRED & COATED; PROVIDE ROOF
 SLOPE(S), MEAN ROOF HEIGHT(S). FLAT/LOW SLOPE ROOFS
 MUST SHOW POSITIVE DRAINAGE.
 5. FBC B 107.2.1. REVISE SUBMITTED FASTENER DENSITY
 CALCULATIONS PREPARED, SIGNED AND SEALED BY A FLORIDA
 REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER; TO CORRECT EXPOSURE
 CATEGORY, DESIGN PRESSURES & NAILING PATTERNS. THE
 EXPOSURE CATEGORY FOR 1450 S DIXIE HWY, WEST PALM
 BEACH, FL 33405 IS EXPOSURE CATEGORY D.
