 CORRECTIONS NEEDED -
  
 1) PLEASE SHOW THE STORM WATER DRAINAGE AWAY FROM THE
 BUILDING AND AWAY FROM THE ADJACENT PROPERTY - PROVIDE
 THE CIVIL PLANS IF THEY WILL PROVIDE THE INFO NEEDED -
 PLEASE SHOW THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ON THE SITE PLAN PER -
 FBC WPB 107.2.5 SITE PLAN. THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 SUBMITTED WITH THE APPLICATION FOR PERMIT SHALL BE
 ACCOMPANIED BY A SITE PLAN SHOWING TO SCALE THE SIZE
 AND LOCATION OF NEW CONSTRUCTION AND EXISTING
 STRUCTURES ON THE SITE, DISTANCES FROM LOT LINES, THE
 ESTABLISHED STREET GRADES AND THE PROPOSED FINISHED
 GRADES, DEPICTING THE PROPOSED LOT DRAINAGE AND, AS
 APPLICABLE, FLOOD HAZARD AREAS, FLOODWAYS, AND DESIGN
 FLOOD ELEVATIONS; AND IT SHALL BE DRAWN IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH AN ACCURATE AND INCLUDED ON A BOUNDARY LINE
 SURVEY. (PLEASE PROVIDE CUT SECTIONS FOR ANY PROPOSED
 WATER RETAINING SWALES)
  
 2) PLEASE SHOW THE SOUTH EXTERIOR WALL TO BE 1 HR FIRE
 RATED PER - FBC TABLE 602
  
 3) PLEASE SHOW THE PERCENTAGE CALCULATIONS FOR THE
 EXTERIOR SOUTH WALL SQUARE FOOTAGE VERSES THE OPENINGS
 TO COMPLY WITH FBC 705.8.1 ALLOWABLE AREA OF OPENINGS.
 THE MAXIMUM AREA OF UNPROTECTED AND PROTECTED OPENINGS
 PERMITTED IN AN EXTERIOR WALL IN ANY STORY OF A
 BUILDING SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PERCENTAGES SPECIFIED IN
