 FBC B 107.2.1 & WPB AMENDMENTS TO FBC B 107.2.1, THE
 INFORMATION THAT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED IS NOT CLEAR.
 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING:
  
 1.) PROVIDE AN OVERALL FLOOR PLAN TO IDENTIFY WHERE
 EACH UNIT IS INRELATION TO EACH OTHER AND THAT SHOWS
 EXTERIOR WALLS AND INTERIOR TENANT SEPARATION WALLS.
 THE OVERALL FLOOR PLAN DOES NOT MATCH THE UNIT LAYOUTS.
 PLEASE BE CLEAR AS TO THE ORIENTATION OF UNITS BY
 INDICATING NORTH, SOUTH, EAST, & WEST. ALSO INDICATE
 THE 2ND FLOOR ON LAYOUT SHEET.
 2.) OK, MECHANICAL UNIT INFORMATION MUST BE APPROVED
 THROUGH MECHANICAL PERMIT #23031036.
 3.) OK, WINDOWS/DOORS WERE APPROVED UNDER PERMIT
 #21120857.
 4.) PROVIDE THE DETAILS FOR THE NEW SHOWER WORK
 INCLUDING LOCATION OF SHOWER WALLS IN RELATION TO
 EXTERIOR TENANT SEPARATION WALLS AND FLOOR/CEILING WORK
 FOR DUE TO SHOWERS. PROVIDE A WALL DETAIL SHOWING ALL
 MATERIAL TO BE USED INCLUDING FLOOR INSULATION,
 FRAMING, DRYWALL, & CEMENT BOARD. THIS MUST INCLUDE THE
 METHOD OF MAINTAINING THE FIRE RATING DETAILS SUCH AS
 USING THE DRYWALL WITH THE CEMENT BOARD ON SHOWER
 WALLS.
 5.) THE VALUATION DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE ACCURATE IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE ICC BUILDING VALUATION DATA
 CONSTRUCTION COST SCHEDULE AND THE MARSHALL / SWIFT
 VALUATIONS. PLEASE RE-EVALUATE THE COST OF THIS PROJECT
 AND PROVIDE A BREAKDOWN OF COSTS OF ALL WORK.
 6.) THE CONTRACTOR ON APPLICATION APPEARS TO BE A
 PLUMBING CONTRACTOR. FOR THIS PROJECT, PERMITS FOR
 MECHANICAL AND BUILDING PERMITS HAVE BEEN OBTAINED.
 THESE ADDITIONAL PERMITS (MECHANICAL 23031036 &
 BUILDING 23031034) MUST BE APPROVED.
 7.) EACH PLAN SHEET SUBMITTED NEEDS TO BE SIGNED BY THE
 PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN. SEVERAL OF THE
 SUBMITTED SHEETS HAVE NOT BEEN SIGNED BY CONTRACTOR.
 PLAN SHEET IDENTIFIED AS "001 PLAN" (ELECTRICAL RISER)
 IS A COPY OF AN ORIGINAL HAND SIGNED/SEALED PLAN SHEET
 BY AN ARCHITECT. THIS MUST BE 3RD PARTY VERIFIED
 DIGITALLY SIGNATURE/SEAL BY ARCHITECT. PLEASE SEE THE
 SIGNATURE PLAN REVIEW NOTES.
