 BUILDING REVIEW DENIED:
  
 FBC B 107.2.1 & WPB AMENDMENTS TO FBC B 107.2.1, THE
 INFORMATION THAT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED IS NOT CLEAR.
 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING:
  
 1.) PROVIDE AN OVERALL FLOOR PLAN TO IDENTIFY WHERE
 EACH UNIT IS INRELATION TO EACH OTHER AND THAT SHOWS
 EXTERIOR WALLS AND INTERIOR TENANT SEPARATION WALLS.
 2.) PROVIDE THE DETAILED INFORMATION FOR THE UNITS ONLY
 IDENTIFIED AS (EXAMPLE 12,000 BTUS). IF THESE A/C UNITS
 PLEASE IDENTIFY AS SUCH WITH ALL REQUIRED INFORMATION.
 IF THESE ARE SOMETHING ELSE, PLEASE CLARIFY.
 3.) PROVIDE THE DETAILED INFORMATION FOR WHAT APPEARS
 TO BE WINDOW AND/OR DOOR OPENINGS. EACH OPENING WILL
 NEED TO SHOW THE TYPE OF OPENING SUCH AS SINGLE HUNG
 WINDOW, HORIZONTAL ROLLING WINDOW, OR SLIDING GLASS
 DOOR. PRODUCT APPROVALS/N.O.A.S ARE REQUIRED FOR EACH
 WINDOW AND/OR DOOR TO BE INSTALLED.
 4.) PROVIDE THE DETAILS FOR THE NEW SHOWER WORK
 INCLUDING LOCATION OF SHOWER WALLS IN RELATION TO
 EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR SEPARATION WALLS. ALSO PROVIDE A
 WALL DETAIL SHOWING ALL MATERIAL TO BE USED INCLUDING
 INSULATION, FRAMING, DRYWALL, CEMENT BOARD, AND ANY
 FIRE RATING DETAILS.
 5.) THE VALUATION DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE ACCURATE IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE ICC BUILDING VALUATION DATA
 CONSTRUCTION COST SCHEDULE AND THE MARSHALL / SWIFT
 VALUATIONS. PLEASE RE-EVALUATE THE COST OF THIS PROJECT
 AND PROVIDE A BREAKDOWN OF COSTS.
 6.) THE CONTRACTOR ON APPLICATION APPEARS TO BE A
 PLUMBING CONTRACTOR. FOR THIS PROJECT, A MECHANICAL AND
 A GENERAL OR BUILDING CONTRACTOR WILL BE REQUIRED IN
 ADDITION TO PLUMBING CONTRACTOR. ADDITIONAL PERMITS
 AND/OR SUB-PERMITS WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED.
 7.) EACH PLAN SHEET SUBMITTED NEEDS TO BE SIGNED BY THE
 PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN.
