 PER STAFF'S RESEARCH THERE ARE NO RECORDS OF THIS BEING
 A PERMITTED EXSISTING DRIVEWAY.
  
 THEREFORE THE DRIVEWAY MUST FOLLOW THE CURRENT ZONING
 REGUATLIONS:
  
 PLEASE PROVIDE DRIVEWAY WIDTH MEASUREMENTS. PER CODE
 PARKING FOR LESS THAN THREE RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS
 MAY BE ACHIEVED BY INSTALLING ACCESS POINTS IN ONE OF
 THE FOLLOWING WAYS:
  
 A SINGLE DRIVEWAY WITH A WIDTH OF NO GREATER THAN 20
 FEET AT THE PROPERTY LINE OR WHERE THE DRIVEWAY ADJOINS
 THE APRON IF THE APRON IS NOT LOCATED WHOLLY WITHIN THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 PER CODE REQUIREMENT DRIVEWAYS WITHIN A FRONT YARD MUST
 BE THREE FEET FROM A SIDE OR REAR PROPERTY LINE
  
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482 OF THE ZLDR: REQUIRED
 OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR LESS THAN THREE
 RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE PROVIDED ON THE
 PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS ARE LOCATED. REQUIRED
 PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE
 LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT
 YARD AREA SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH LIVING PLANT
 MATERIAL (SUCH AS GRASS, GROUND COVER, SHRUBS, HEDGES,
 VINES OR TREES). PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN THE FRONT
 YARD SHALL BE SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH, NONDUSTING
 SURFACE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION 33-485(E). IT
 SHALL BE A VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO PARK ON ANY
 UNPAVED AREAS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS ARTICLE
