 1) SHEET G003 ACCESSIBILITY GUIDELINES, PLEASE NOTE THE
 STATE OF FLORIDA USES THE 2020 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE:
 1A) 2020 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE. 211.2 MINIMUM NUMBER.
 NO FEWER THAN TWO DRINKING FOUNTAINS SHALL BE PROVIDED.
 ONE DRINKING FOUNTAIN SHALL COMPLY WITH 602.1 THROUGH
 602.6 AND ONE DRINKING FOUNTAIN SHALL COMPLY WITH
 602.7.
  
 1B) DETAIL 10 LAVATORIES IS MISSING: 606.5 EXPOSED
 PIPES AND SURFACES. WATER SUPPLY & DRAINPIPES UNDER
 LAVATORIES AND SINKS SHALL BE INSULATED OR OTHERWISE
 CONFIGURED TO PROTECT AGAINST CONTACT.
 1C) DETAIL 16 ALL GRAB BAR LOCATIONS ARE MEASURED FROM
 FINISH FLOOR TO THE CENTER LINE OF THE GRAB BAR. 2020
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 609.4 POSITION OF GRAB
 BARS. GRAB BARS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN A HORIZONTAL
 POSITION, 33 INCHES MINIMUM AND 36 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE
 THE FINISH FLOOR MEASURED TO THE TOP OF THE GRIPPING
 SURFACE, NOT CENTERLINE.
 1D) TOILET PAPER HOLDER SHOWS A DIMENSION OF 12 INCHES
 FROM THE FRONT OF THE TOILET TO THE SIDE OF THE TOILET
 PAPER HOLDER. PLEASE REVIEW IN THE 2020
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION TOILET PAPER DISPENSERS.
 604.7. THE TOILET PAPER DISPENSER SHALL COMPLY WITH
 309.4 AND SHALL BE 7 INCHES MINIMUM TO 9 INCHES MAXIMUM
 IN FRONT OF THE WATER CLOSET MEASURED TO THE CENTERLINE
 OF THE DISPENSER.
 2) BUILDING PROVISO: A003 DRIVE THRU DETAILS NOT PART
 OF THIS PERMIT, SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED. THE PLAN
 ALSO STATES SITE SPECIFIC FOOTING ENGINEERING REQUIRED
 BY FLORIDA LICENSED ENGINEER. NOTE THERE IS NO WIND
 DESIGN GIVEN FOR THIS PLAN.
  
 3) SHEET A503 SOFFIT CONSTRUCTION AT BACK BAR, DETAIL
 1. THE SECTION SHOWS DO NOT ATTACH TACK TO ROOF DECK,
 BUT THERE ARE A SERIES OF FRT BLOCKING THAT THE WALL
 STRUCTURES ARE HUNG FROM. THE DETAIL DOES NOT INDICATE
 SIZE OF FRT BLOCKING OR HOW THE BLOCKING IS TO BE
 SECURED TO THE BAR JOIST. THE DETAIL IS ALSO SILENT AS
 HOW THE VERTICAL FRAMING MEMBERS ARE TO BE SECURED TO
 THE FRT BLOCKING. 2020 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO
 THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION
 107.2.1.
 DRAWINGS & SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN
 THE FORM OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF
 MATERIALS, WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY
 WITH THE TECHNICAL CODES.
 4) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER / NARRATIVE LISTING THE
 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF
 THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR
 SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL
