 CORRECTIONS NEEDED -
  
 1) PLEASE SHOW THE EXTERIOR WALL OPENINGS PROTECTION ON
 THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING PER FBC TABLE 705.8
 705.3 BUILDINGS ON THE SAME LOT.
 FOR THE PURPOSES OF DETERMINING THE REQUIRED WALL AND
 OPENING PROTECTION, PROJECTIONS AND ROOF-COVERING
 REQUIREMENTS, BUILDINGS ON THE SAME LOT SHALL BE
 ASSUMED TO HAVE AN IMAGINARY LINE BETWEEN THEM.
  
 2) DRAWING A-1.0 - UNDER "SCOPE OF WORK" - SAYS 2 - 3

 DWELLING UNITS FROM EACH OTHER OR FROM PUBLIC OR
 SERVICE AREAS SHALL HAVE A SOUND TRANSMISSION CLASS
 (STC) OF NOT LESS THAN 50 (45 IF FIELD TESTED) FOR AIR
 BORNE NOISE WHEN TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E 90..
 PROVIDE A COPY OF THE TEST REPORT. (A DROP CEILING
 SHOULD NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLY

 STAIR - PLEASE SHOW THE VERTICAL CLEARANCE PROTECTION
 PER - FBC A 307.4 VERTICAL CLEARANCE.
 VERTICAL CLEARANCE SHALL BE 80 INCHES (2030 MM) HIGH
 MINIMUM. GUARDRAILS OR OTHER BARRIERS SHALL BE PROVIDED
 WHERE THE VERTICAL CLEARANCE IS LESS THAN 80 INCHES
 (2030 MM) HIGH. THE LEADING EDGE OF SUCH GUARDRAIL OR
 BARRIER SHALL BE LOCATED 27 INCHES (685 MM) MAXIMUM
 ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 11) PLEASE SHOW THE ADA RAMP SLOPES AND TURNS AT THE
 BACK OF THE STAIR - FBC A 405.7.4 CHANGE IN DIRECTION.
 RAMPS THAT CHANGE DIRECTION BETWEEN RUNS AT LANDINGS
 SHALL HAVE A CLEAR LANDING 60 INCHES (1525 MM) MINIMUM
 BY 60 INCHES (1525 MM) MINIMUM.
  
 12) DRAWING A-5.1 - TWO BEDROOM UNIT PLAN - MASTER
 BEDROOM SHOWS A FRENCH DOOR WITH NO BALCONY - GUARDS
 ARE REQUIRED - FBC 1015.1
