 1) SHEETS A-4 AND E-300 SHOW AN EXISTING SIGNAGE J-BOX
 THAT IS UNDER THE ARCADE. PROVIDE DETAILS (OR A PHOTO)
 TO VERIFY THAT THIS J-BOX IS NOT VISIBLE TO THE PUBLIC
 (I.E. IN THE CEILING). IF IT IS VISIBLE IT MUST BE
 RELOCATED TO A LOCATION THAT IS NOT VISIBLE.
  
 2) SHEETS A-4 AND E-300 CALL OUT A J-BOX FOR A CEILING
 MOUNTED IMAGE PROJECTOR. THE ROSEMARY SQUARE SIGN PLAN
 DOES NOT PERMIT ANY TYPE OF PROJECTED SIGNAGE OR IMAGES
 ON THE EXTERIOR OF BUILDINGS. THE ONLY PROJECTIONS ARE
 PERMITTED ON THE INTERIOR OF THE SPACE. SEE COMMENT #1
 REGARDING THE VISIBILITY OF THE J-BOX BY THE PUBLIC
 BEING PROHIBITED AND PROVIDING VERIFICATION.
  
 3) SHEET E-300 SHOWS OTHER EXTERIOR J-BOXES INCLUDING
 IN THE CANOPY AND AT THE ENTRANCE TO THE WALKWAY TO THE
 SIDE OF THE TENANT SPACE. YOU MUST PROVIDE VERIFICATION
 THAT NONE OF THESE J-BOXES ARE VISIBLE TO THE PUBLIC.
  
 4) THE LIGHT FIXTURE SCHEDULE CALLS OUT DECORATIVE
 STRING LIGHTS, WHICH ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE CITY.
  
 5) PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT THE NEW ELEVATION ON THE
 ARCADE PROVIDES AT LEAST 50% TRANSPARENCY.
  
 6) THE CITYPLACE DRI REQUIRES THAT ALL ROOFTOP
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT BE SCREENED FROM PUBLIC VIEW.
 PROVIDE DETAILS ON HOW THE FULL HEIGHT OF THE NEW
 ROOFTOP MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT WILL COMPLY WITH THIS
 REQUIREMENT.
