 PLEASE NOTE TO DATE THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A LICENSED
 BEAUTY SALON AT THIS ADDRESS, IT APPEARS ALL NEW WORK.
 REVIEWING THE PERMITS PULLED IN THE PAST FOR THIS
 ADDRESS WE DO NOT FIND PERMITS FOR A BEAUTY SALON.
  
 2) THE OCCUPANCY LOAD FACTOR IS BEING FIGURED AT 150
 SQ. FT./ OCCUPANT. YOU ROUNDED DOWN BUT YOU SHOULD
 ROUND UP TO THE NEXT FULL PERSON. SHEET A-2 SHOWS 4
 CHAIRS FOR NAILS 12 CHAIRS FOR HAIR A RECEPTIONIST 2
 WAX SERVICE ROOMS AND THAT IS WITHOUT EMPLOYEES FOR
 NAILS OR HAIR ATTENDANTS THE INCREASED OCCUPANT LOAD IS
 CLOSER TO 24 PEOPLE. 2020 FBC-BUILDING 1004.2 THIS IS
 CLOSER TO THE DESIGN OCCUPANT LOAD OF THIS FOOTPRINT.
 WITH THE HIGHER OCCUPANT LOAD THIS MAY AFFECT THE
 REQUIRED FRESH AIR REQUIRED.
  
 3) SHEET A-1.THE FLOOR PLAN INDICATES THE UNISEX
 RESTROOM IS EXISTING THE PLANS DO NOT PROVIDE WALL
 FINISHES. 2020 FBC-B 1210.2.2. WALLS & PARTITIONS. THIS
 COMMENT IS A RESULT OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL
 INTERPRETATION ON 06/2020. IN BATHROOMS, RESTROOMS &
 SERVICE SINK AREAS EPOXY PAINT IS NO LONGER CONSIDERED
 A SMOOTH HARD, NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE.
  
 4) THE FLOOR PLAN A-1 INDICATES A NEW HAND SINK, PLEASE
 PROVIDE THE HEIGHT OF THE RIM OF THE SINK. 2020
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 606.3 HEIGHT. LAVATORIES
 AND SINKS SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH THE FRONT OF THE
 HIGHER OF THE RIM OR COUNTER SURFACE 34 INCHES MAXIMUM
 ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
