 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) 2ND REQUEST, SEMI-COMPLIED. SHEET A120 THE EGRESS
 PLAN DOES NOT SHOW EGRESS TO THE REAR STAIRWELL FROM
 THE MAIN PORTION OF THE TENANT SUITE. THIS DOOR NEEDS
 TO SHOW THAT IT HAS 180-DEGREE HINGES TO SWING OUT OF
 THE WAY AGAINST THE WALL TO GAIN ENTRY TO STAIRWELL.
 PLANS THAT WERE NOT UPDATED STILL SHOWS A POCKET DOOR,
 SHEETS A-130, E3.1 & P2.1.

 COMMENT IS A RESULT OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL
 INTERPRETATION ON 06/2020. IN BATHROOMS, RESTROOMS &
 SERVICE SINK AREAS EPOXY PAINT IS NO LONGER CONSIDERED
 A SMOOTH HARD, NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE. 1210.2.2 WALLS &
 PARTITIONS WITHIN 2 FEET OF SERVICE SINKS, URINALS, AND
 WATER CLOSETS SHALL HAVE A SMOOTH, HARD, NON-ABSORBENT
 SURFACE TO A HEIGHT OF NOT LESS THAN 4 FEET ABOVE THE
 FLOOR, EXCEPT FOR STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS, THE MATERIAL
 USED IN SUCH WALLS SHALL BE OF A TYPE THAT IS NOT

 THE ONLY WAY THIS WORKS IS THAT THE DESIGNER MUST STATE
 THIS ON THE PLANS: THERE WILL BE NO VISITORS TO BE ABLE
 TO USE THE EMPLOYEE BREAK ROOM, OTHERWISE THERE IS
 DISCRIMINATION TO A VISITOR IN A WHEELCHAIR. THEY ARE
 TO BE ABLE TO USE A MICROWAVE WITHOUT ANY ASSISTANCE
 FROM NO ONE!!!!! THE TENANT AS WELL AS DESIGNER OPEN
 THEMSELVES UP TO LAWSUITS WITH THE 2020
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTIONS:
