 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) 2ND REQUEST. THE PERMIT VALUE IS EXTREMELY LOW FOR
 THE AMOUNT OF WORK DESCRIBED. 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION.
 IF, IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE
 CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE,
 ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS
 APPEARS TO BE UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE
 PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISHES, NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR
 BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING
 COST, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
 FOR LOCATION AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS.
  
 THIS MAIN BUILDING PERMIT WILL INCLUDE THE FEES FOR THE
 MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING & ROOFING PERMITS.
 WHEN THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR COMES IN FOR A BUILDING
 PERMIT WITH THE SIGNED PERMIT APPLICATION FORM BY THE
 QUALIFIER AND OWNER AND BRINGS IN THE LISTED
 SUB-PERMITS M-E-P & ROOFING PERMITS SIGNED BY THE
 QUALIFIER OF EACH COMPANY, THEIR INSURANCES AND
 LICENSURE UP TO DATE, THE M-E-P AND ROOFING PERMITS ARE
 FREE OF CHARGE. IF THE M-E-P & ROOFING PERMITS COME IN
 LATER THERE WILL BE AN $80.00 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR
 EACH PERMIT.
  
 ALL OTHER PERMITS FIRE SPRINKLER, FIRE ALARM, RACK
 STORAGE, EXHAUST HOODS, ANSUL SYSTEMS OR ALTERNATIVE
 AUTOMATIC FIRE-EXTINGUISHING SYSTEMS, WALK IN COOLERS &
 FREEZERS, CANOPIES, ALL LOW VOLTAGE PERMITS, GENERATORS
 & FUEL TANKS WITH FILL STATIONS, GAS PERMIT, POOL,
 JACUZZI AND ASSOCIATED SUB-PERMITS, AWNING, SCREEN
 ENCLOSURES, CANOPY, FENCE, LANDSCAPE, IRRIGATION, AUGER
 CAST PILE AND OR FOUNDATION OR STRUCTURE ONLY PERMIT
 WILL BE SEPARATE REVIEWS AND ASSOCIATED FEES WITH EACH
 PERMIT.

 4) 2ND REQUEST, SEMI-COMPLIED. SHEET A.03 THE FURNITURE
 SCHEDULE INDICATES DINING HEIGHT CHAIRS 52 AND COCKTAIL
 HEIGHT CHAIRS 8 FOR A TOTAL OF 60 SEATS. THE A0.3 SHEET
 DOES NOT SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2020
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE.
  
 4A) 226.1 WHERE DINING SURFACES ARE PROVIDED FOR THE
 CONSUMPTION OF FOOD OR DRINK, AT LEAST 5 PERCENT OF THE
 SEATING SPACES AND STANDING SPACES AT THE DINING
 SURFACES SHALL COMPLY WITH 902. 60X0.05= 3 SEATS.
  
 4B) 2ND REQUEST. THE SEATING AREA POSSIBLY HI-TOP BAR
 STYLE SEATING (8) SEATS, THERE IS NO CUT SECTION
 THROUGH TO SHOW MEETING THE REQUIRED HEIGHT REQUIREMENT
 FOR AT LEAST ONE ACCESSIBLE SEAT.
 226.2 DISPERSION. DINING SURFACES AND REQUIRED TO
 COMPLY WITH 902 SHALL BE DISPERSED THROUGHOUT THE SPACE
 OR FACILITY CONTAINING DINING SURFACES INCLUDING
 COCKTAIL HEIGHT TABLES.
  
 4C) SEE COMMENT ABOVE FOR HI-TOP SEATING AND TABLE
 HEIGHT FOR AN ACCESSIBLE SEAT. 206.2.5 206.2.5

 IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE WELD PROCEDURE SPECIFICATIONS &
 WELDER OPERATOR PERFORMANCE QUALIFICATION RECORDS IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE REFERENCED STANDARDS AT TIME OF
 INSPECTION FOR FIELD WIELDING, ON THE JOB-SITE
 WIELDING. THIRD PARTY CERTIFICATION WILL BE REQUIRED.
 THE OWNER MAY JUST HIRE A 3RD PARTY ENGINEERING FIRM TO
 COMPLETE AND APPROVE THE FORMER INSPECTIONS. REPORTS
 SUBMITTED TO BUILDING INSPECTOR AT TIME OF FRAMING
 INSPECTION.
