 DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED.
 2020 FBC-B 501.2 ADDRESS IDENTIFICATION. NEW AND
 EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH APPROVED
 ADDRESS IDENTIFICATION.
  
 1B) CODE INFORMATION STATES THE CONSTRUCTION TYPE AS IB
 PLEASE REVIEW IN THE 2020 FBC-B TABLE 504.4 A IB
 BUILDING BUSINESS OCCUPANCY CAN ONLY BE 12 STORIES. IA
 THE BUILDING HEIGHT IS UNLIMITED. SAME NOTE CHAPTER 4 &
 5 THE CONSTRUCTION TYPE IB PLEASE UPDATE. NOTE. CHAPTER
 6 CONSTRUCTION TYPE CORRECT IA.
  
 2) D118 DEMOLITION FLOOR PLAN NOTE # 5 PREPARE EXISTING
 REMAINING OPENINGS TO RECEIVE NEW BASE CABINETS. REFER
 TO ELEVATIONS AND DETAILS. SHEET A400 CAF?? NORTH
 ELEVATION EXISTING FAUCET AND BACKSPLASH TO REMAIN.
 EXISTING MILLWORK TO REMAIN (CABINETRY). PLEASE
 EXPLAIN, IF THE CABINETRY AND SINK ARE TO REMAIN THEN
 THEY MUST COMPLY WITH THE 2020 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE
 SECTIONS:
  
 2A) 606 SINKS> 2020 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION
 606.3 HEIGHT. SINKS SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH THE FRONT
 OF THE HIGHER OF THE RIM OR COUNTER SURFACE 34 INCHES
 MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 2B) 606.2 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE. A CLEAR FLOOR SPACE
 COMPLYING WITH 305, POSITIONED FOR A FORWARD APPROACH,
 AND KNEE AND TOE CLEARANCE COMPLYING WITH 306 SHALL BE
 PROVIDED, SEE EXCEPTIONS ALSO, BUT SHOW THE REQUIRED
 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE ON THE FLOOR PLAN.
  
 2C) 606.5 EXPOSED PIPES AND SURFACES. WATER SUPPLY &
 DRAINPIPES UNDER LAVATORIES AND SINKS SHALL BE
 INSULATED OR OTHERWISE CONFIGURED TO PROTECT AGAINST
 CONTACT.
  
 2D) 902.3 HEIGHT. THE TOPS OF WORK SURFACES SHALL BE 28
 INCHES MINIMUM AND 34 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH
 FLOOR OR GROUND.

 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF
