 3) WE CAN FIND NO RECORD OF A MECHANICAL SYSTEM BEING
 IN THIS SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE. THE ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS AND MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SIZING
 CALCULATIONS ARE FOR 379 SQ. FT. THE MECHANICAL SIZING
 CALCULATIONS ARE CALLING FOR 2.2 TONS FOR THIS 379 SQ.
 FT. THIS APPEARS TO BE A LARGE SYSTEM FOR 379 SQ. FT.

 4) THIS IS A SINGLE FAMILY HOUSE, THE DRAWING WITH A
 KITCHEN, LIVING AND BEDROOMS ON EACH FLOOR INDICATE

 LETTER FROM ZONING THAT THIS SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE
 COULD BE CONVERTED TO A DUPLEX.
