 REAR SETBACK DIMENSION OF 4'-0". ACCORDING TO THIS
 DIMENSION, THE PROPOSED SCREEN ENCLOSURE IS ENCROACHING
 INTO THE 5'-0" EASEMENT. SCREEN ENCLOSURE CANNOT
 ENCROACH INTO THE EASEMENT. NEED TO REVISE DIMENSIONS
 ON THE SCREEN ENCLOSURE ENGINEERING PLANS AND SURVEY.
 SEC. 107.3.5.3 CITY AMENDMENTS.
