 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) PLEASE PROVIDE A OVERALL FLOOR PLAN OF THIS BUILDING
 WHERE WORK IS TO OCCUR IN THIS BUILDING. AN ADDRESS
 STOP IS BEING ADDED TO THE PLAN REVIEW SCREEN. THE
 COUNTY MY GEO NAV SHOWS TENANT SPACES 101-108.
  
 2020 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE
 AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED.
  
 2) THE PERMIT APPLICATION DESCRIPTION OF WORK IS LEFT
 BLANK, THE DOLLAR AMOUNT GIVEN FOR THIS PERMIT IS
 $7,500.00 DOLLARS. 2020 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO
 THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION
 107.2.1. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENT
 CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF

 SQ. FT. 392 SQ. FT. AND ALTERATION TYPE LEVEL 2.
 MISSING INFORMATION IS THE BUILDING FIRE SPRINKLERED OR

 OF FOOTAGE ON THE FIRST FLOOR TO SCALE VERSES THE NEW
 SQ. FOOTAGE OF THE MEZZANINE. 107.2.1.3. QUALITY OF
 PLANS. BUILDING PLANS SHALL BE DRAWN TO A 1/8TH INCH
 SCALE ON SUBSTANTIAL PAPER OR OTHER ACCEPTABLE MEDIUM.
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY ESTABLISH THROUGH DEPARTMENT
 POLICY OTHER STANDARDS FOR THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
 IN ORDER TO PROVIDE CONFORMITY TO ITS RECORD RETENTION
 PROGRAM. THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE SUCH THINGS AS MINIMUM
 SIZE, SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR OTHER ITEMS RELATED
 TO RECORD MANAGEMENT. ELECTRONIC MEDIA MUST BE
 COMPATIBLE WITH THE ARCHIVE REQUIREMENTS OF FLORIDA
 STATUTES. ALSO SEE SECTION 505.2.1 AREA LIMITATIONS AND
 EXCEPTIONS.

 II CONSTRUCTION. PLEASE PROVIDE THE ROOF FRAMING AND
 DECKING MATERIAL FOR THIS BUILDING BUILT IN 1950. TABLE
 601 CONSTRUCTION TYPE II IS THIS TYPE A OR B
 CONSTRUCTION.
  
 4C) THE NEW MEZZANINE PLEASE PROVIDE THE USEAGE AND
 OCCUPANT LOAD FOR THE NEW MEZZANINE. MISSING
