 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. PLEASE PROVIDE AN APPROVED EASEMENT CONSENT FORM FOR
 THE SEWER LINE FROM THE CITY AS PART OF THE SUBMITTAL.
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE DEED TO VERIFY CURRENT PROPERTY
 OWNER.
 3. PLEASE CLARIFY IF THIS IS NOT A ???TEMPORARY
 CONSTRUCTION FENCE???. TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION FENCES
 MAY BE PERMITTED ACCORDING TO SECTION 94-316(D)(2).
  
 4. IF IT IS NOT A ???TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION FENCE???,
 AS PER DMP REGULATIONS, SEC. 94-109:
 - FENCE ALONG A LOT FRONTAGE SHALL BE A MAXIMUM HEIGHT
 OF FOUR FEET, IN THIS CASE N ROSEMARY AVE AND BANYAN
 BLVD, AND FENCES IN REAR AND SIDE SETBACKS SHALL BE A
 MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF SIX FEET.
 - AS CHAIN-LINK FENCES ARE PROHIBITED WITHIN THE STREET
 FRONTAGE MAXIMUM SETBACK WITHIN THE URBAN CORE PLANNING
 AREA. A 6??? FENCE AND GATES ARE ONLY PERMITTED WITHIN
 THE REAR AND SIDE SETBACKS, WHICH START 30??? BACK FROM
 BANYAN BLVD. AND N ROSEMARY AVE.
 - WHEN PERMITTED, ALL CHAIN LINK FENCES SHALL BE
 VINYL-COATED, AND SHALL INCLUDE A TOP RAIL, WHICH MUST
 BE CLEARLY INDICATED N THE PLANS.
 5. PLEASE REVISE SITE PLAN SHEET TO SHOW ONLY THE FENCE
 LIMITS OF WORK COVERED WITH THIS PERMIT.
