 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE DOLLAR AMOUNT OF $9,000.00 IS EXTREMELY LOW EVEN
 FOR AN O/B (OWNER/BUILDER). 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION. IF, IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL,
 THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION,
 STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING
 SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE UNDERESTIMATED ON THE
 APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISHES, NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR
 BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING
 COST, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
 FOR LOCATION AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS.
  
 THIS MAIN BUILDING PERMIT WILL INCLUDE THE FEES FOR THE
 MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING & ROOFING PERMITS.
 WHEN THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR COMES IN FOR A BUILDING
 PERMIT WITH THE SIGNED PERMIT APPLICATION FORM BY THE
 QUALIFIER AND OWNER AND BRINGS IN THE LISTED
 SUB-PERMITS M-E-P & ROOFING PERMITS SIGNED BY THE
 QUALIFIER OF EACH COMPANY, THEIR INSURANCES AND
 LICENSURE UP TO DATE, THE M-E-P AND ROOFING PERMITS ARE
 FREE OF CHARGE. IF THE M-E-P & ROOFING PERMITS COME IN
 LATER THERE WILL BE AN $80.00 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR
 EACH PERMIT.
  
 ALL OTHER PERMITS FIRE SPRINKLER, FIRE ALARM, RACK
 STORAGE, EXHAUST HOODS, ANSUL SYSTEMS OR ALTERNATIVE
 AUTOMATIC FIRE-EXTINGUISHING SYSTEMS, WALK IN COOLERS &
 FREEZERS, CANOPIES, ALL LOW VOLTAGE PERMITS, GENERATORS
 & FUEL TANKS WITH FILL STATIONS, GAS PERMIT, POOL,
 JACUZZI AND ASSOCIATED SUB-PERMITS, AWNING, SCREEN
 ENCLOSURES, CANOPY, FENCE, LANDSCAPE, IRRIGATION, AUGER
 CAST PILE AND OR FOUNDATION OR STRUCTURE ONLY PERMIT
 WILL BE SEPARATE REVIEWS AND ASSOCIATED FEES WITH EACH
 PERMIT.
 PLEASE PROVIDE AN ITEMIZED LIST AND SUBTRACT THESE LINE
 ITEMS AND THEIR VALUE FROM THE OVERALL BUILDING VALUE
 STATED ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION FOR THIS PROJECT. THE
 REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE AFFECTIVELY THE VALUE OF THE
 BUILDING YOU WILL BE PAYING FOR THIS PERMIT. THE
 BUILDING DEPARTMENT DOES NOT WANT TO COLLECT TWICE FOR
 THE VALUE OF THESE SUB-PERMITS NOT COVERED UNDER THE
 PRIME OR MASTER PERMIT.
  
 2) THE SUBMITTED SITE PLAN THE FIGURES ARE TO SMALL TO
 BE DISTINGUISHED WHEN ENLARGED THEY BECOME BLURRED,
 ILLEGIBLE. 107.2.1.3. QUALITY OF PLANS. BUILDING PLANS
 SHALL BE DRAWN TO A 1/8TH INCH SCALE ON SUBSTANTIAL
 PAPER OR OTHER ACCEPTABLE MEDIUM. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL
 MAY ESTABLISH THROUGH DEPARTMENT POLICY OTHER STANDARDS
 FOR THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN ORDER TO PROVIDE
 CONFORMITY TO ITS RECORD RETENTION PROGRAM. THIS POLICY
 MAY INCLUDE SUCH THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE, SHAPE,
 CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO RECORD
 MANAGEMENT. ELECTRONIC MEDIA MUST BE COMPATIBLE WITH
 THE ARCHIVE REQUIREMENTS OF FLORIDA STATUTES.
  
 3) THE SUBMITTED DOCUMENT FROM BMB BEST METAL BUILDINGS
 LLC IT APPEARS THE DOCUMENT WAS DOWNLOADED THEN
 UPLOADED AGAIN; THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE/ SEAL DOES NOT
 OPEN FOR 3RD PARTY REVIEW.

 IN THE FILE FOLDER, SCANNED, FACSIMILE, DIGITALLY

 AND DELINEATE THE TYPE OF ROOFING SYSTEM, MATERIALS,
 VENTING, FASTENING REQUIREMENTS, FLASHING REQUIREMENTS
 AND WIND RESISTANCE RATING THAT ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 INSTALLED. PRODUCT EVALUATION AND INSTALLATION SHALL
 INDICATE COMPLIANCE WITH THE WIND CRITERIA REQUIRED FOR
 THE SPECIFIC SITE.
  
 8) THE SITE PLAN IT APPEARS THE CANOPY IS TO BE PLACED
 AT THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE. HOW ARE YOU GOING TO PROTECT
 THE STRUCTURE FROM FIRE FROM THE NEIGHBORING PROPERTY,
 AND HOW DO YOU INTEND TO COMPLY WITH TABLE 602 OF THE
 2020 FBC-BUILDING CODE FIRE-RESISTANCE RATING
 REQUIREMENTS FOR EXTERIOR WALLS BASED ON FIRE
 SEPARATION DISTANCE.
  
 9) VARIOUS SHEETS WITHIN THE ENGINEERING SHEETS SHOW
 WIELDED CONCOCTIONS, ASSUMED AT THE JOBSITE NO NOTES ON
 SHEET 4 STATING FACTORY WELDS. WELDED OR BOLTED
 CONNECTIONS. THIS BUILDING CONTAINS EITHER BOLTED AND
 OR WELDED CONNECTIONS. THE CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO
 PROVIDE WELD PROCEDURE SPECIFICATIONS & WELDER OPERATOR
 PERFORMANCE QUALIFICATION RECORDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 THE REFERENCED STANDARDS AT TIME OF INSPECTION FOR
 FIELD WIELDING, ON THE JOB-SITE WIELDING. THIRD PARTY
 CERTIFICATION WILL BE REQUIRED.
 THE OWNER MAY JUST HIRE A 3RD PARTY ENGINEERING FIRM TO
 COMPLETE AND APPROVE THE FORMER INSPECTIONS. REPORTS

 FOOT. THIS WILL MEET THE MINIMUM CODE REQUIREMENT BUT
 NOT FOR BUILDINGS IF FUTURE WALLS ARE ADDED.
