 2. PROVIDE A SITE PLAN....
 107.2.5 SITE PLAN. THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED
 WITH THE APPLICATION FOR PERMIT SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY
 A SITE PLAN SHOWING TO SCALE THE SIZE AND LOCATION OF
 NEW CONSTRUCTION AND EXISTING STRUCTURES ON THE SITE,
 AND IT SHALL BE DRAWN IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN ACCURATE
 AND INCLUDED BOUNDARY LINE SURVEY.
  
 3. PROVIDE A SITE DRAINAGE PLAN PER FBC R401.3
 IT SHALL BE DRAWN IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN ACCURATE AND
 INCLUDED BOUNDARY LINE SURVEY.
  
 4. PROVIDE A SOILS REPORT. PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN AN
 AREA OF QUESTIONABLE SOILS.
 R401.4 SOIL TESTS.
 WHERE QUANTIFIABLE DATA CREATED BY ACCEPTED SOIL
 SCIENCE METHODOLOGIES INDICATE EXPANSIVE, COMPRESSIBLE,
 SHIFTING OR OTHER QUESTIONABLE SOIL CHARACTERISTICS ARE
 LIKELY TO BE PRESENT, THE BUILDING OFFICIAL SHALL
 DETERMINE WHETHER TO REQUIRE A SOIL TEST TO DETERMINE
 THE SOILS CHARACTERISTICS AT A PARTICULAR LOCATION.
 THIS TEST SHALL BE DONE BY AN APPROVED AGENCY USING AN
 APPROVED METHOD.
  
 5. PROVIDE AN ENERGY SUBMITTAL RESIDENTIAL (RE)
 R401.2COMPLIANCE.
 SECTION R405 AND THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS R401
 THROUGH R404 LABELED MANDATORY.
 INDICATE CEILING AND WALL R VALUE ON PLANS.
  
 6. PROVIDE LOCATION OF ATTIC ACCESS PER R807.1.7.
 R807.1.7 BUILDINGS WITH COMBUSTIBLE CEILING OR ROOF
 CONSTRUCTION SHALL HAVE AN ATTIC ACCESS OPENING TO
 ATTIC AREAS THAT HAVE A VERTICAL HEIGHT OF 30 INCHES
 (762 MM) OR GREATER OVER AN AREA OF NOT LESS THAN 30
 SQUARE FEET (2.8 M2).
  
 7. ROOF VENTILATION
 R806.1VENTILATION REQUIRED.
 ENCLOSED ATTICS AND ENCLOSED RAFTER SPACES FORMED WHERE
 CEILINGS ARE APPLIED DIRECTLY TO THE UNDERSIDE OF ROOF
 RAFTERS SHALL HAVE CROSS VENTILATION FOR EACH SEPARATE
 SPACE BY VENTILATING OPENINGS PROTECTED AGAINST THE
 ENTRANCE OF RAIN OR SNOW.
  
 8. SMOKE ALARMS
 R314.2.2ALTERATIONS, REPAIRS AND ADDITIONS.
 WHERE ALTERATIONS, REPAIRS OR ADDITIONS REQUIRING A
 PERMIT OCCUR, OR WHERE ONE OR MORE SLEEPING ROOMS ARE
 ADDED OR CREATED IN EXISTING DWELLINGS, THE INDIVIDUAL
 DWELLING UNIT SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH SMOKE ALARMS
 LOCATED AS REQUIRED FOR NEW DWELLINGS. FBC R314.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL AND/OR REVISED
 MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN NEW PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
