 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE PERMIT APPLICATION AND PLAN TITLE BLOCK NEED A
 COMPLETE ADDRESS WITH UNIT NUMBER, THIS IS A MULTISTORY
 BUILDING. 2020 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION
 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY
 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK
 PROPOSED.
  
 2A) SHEET A1.1 CONSTRUCTION FLOOR PLAN & A11.1 INTERIOR
 ELEVATIONS. THE FLOOR PLAN DOES NOT SHOW THE CLEAR
 FLOOR SPACE EITHER SIDE APPROACH OR FRONT APPROACH.
 PLEASE REVIEW THE 2020 FBC-ACCESS. CODE SECTION 606.2
 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE. A CLEAR FLOOR SPACE COMPLYING WITH
 305, POSITIONED FOR A FORWARD APPROACH, AND KNEE AND
 TOE CLEARANCE COMPLYING WITH 306 SHALL BE PROVIDED, SEE
 EXCEPTIONS ALSO, BUT SHOW THE REQUIRED CLEAR FLOOR
 SPACE ON THE FLOOR PLAN.
  
 2B) COMPLIED. A12.3 DETAIL 1. IF THE FRONT APPROACH IS
 USED, THEN SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH ACCESS. CODE 606.5
 EXPOSED PIPES AND SURFACES. WATER SUPPLY & DRAINPIPES
 UNDER LAVATORIES AND SINKS SHALL BE INSULATED OR
 OTHERWISE CONFIGURED TO PROTECT AGAINST CONTACT.
  
 3) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER / NARRATIVE LISTING THE
 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF
 THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR
 SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL
