 CORRECTIONS NEEDED -
  
 1) PLEASE SHOW THE WALL FINISH SURROUNDING THE MOP SINK
 TO COMPLY WITH FBC 1210.2.2 WALLS AND PARTITIONS.
 WALLS AND PARTITIONS WITHIN 2 FEET (610 MM) OF SERVICE
 SINKS, URINALS AND WATER CLOSETS SHALL HAVE A SMOOTH,
 HARD, NONABSORBENT SURFACE, TO A HEIGHT OF NOT LESS
 THAN 4 FEET (1219 MM) ABOVE THE FLOOR (DRYWALL IS NOT
 CONSIDERED A HARD SURFACE).
  
 2) PLEASE SHOW THE HEIGHT OF THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
 COUNTER TO COMPLY WITH FBC A 904.4.1PARALLEL APPROACH.
 A PORTION OF THE COUNTER SURFACE THAT IS 36 INCHES (915
 MM) LONG MINIMUM AND 36 INCHES (915 MM) HIGH MAXIMUM
 ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR SHALL BE PROVIDED. A CLEAR FLOOR
 OR GROUND SPACE COMPLYING WITH 305 SHALL BE POSITIONED
 FOR A PARALLEL APPROACH ADJACENT TO THE 36 INCH (915
 MM) MINIMUM LENGTH OF COUNTER.
  
 3) THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN SHOWS 2 EXITS INTO THE
 REMAINDER OF THE BUILDING - PLEASE SHOW THE
 CONTINUATION OF THE EXIT ACCESS TO THE EXIT DISCHARGE
 OF THE BUILDING. FBC 1028.1 GENERAL.
 EXITS SHALL DISCHARGE DIRECTLY TO THE EXTERIOR OF THE
 BUILDING. THE EXIT DISCHARGE SHALL BE AT GRADE OR SHALL
 PROVIDE A DIRECT PATH OF EGRESS TRAVEL TO GRADE. THE
 EXIT DISCHARGE SHALL NOT REENTER A BUILDING.
