 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) THE CITY HAS NO RECORD OF THE SHED THAT IS SHOWN IN
 THE DRAWING. PROVIDE THE PERMIT DOCUMENTS, PLANS, ETC.
 FOR THE SHED. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO SHOW THAT THE SHED
 WAS PERMITTED IT WILL HAVE TO BE REMOVED OR BROUGHT
 INTO COMPLIANCE. FROM THE LISTING AT THIS ADDRESS ON
 ZILLOW, IT APPEARS THAT THE SHED MAY BE A MANUFACTURED
 BUILDING AND THAT THE PROPOSED WORK HAS ALREADY BEEN
 COMPLETED. THE FIRST THING TO DO IS SHOW THAT THE SHED
 IS CONSTRUCTUTED CORRECTLY TO RESIST A VULT WIND SPEED
 OF 170 MPH. IF IT IS A MANUFACTURED BUILDING YOU WILL
 NEED TO SUBMIT THE APPROVED DRAWINGS FROM THE STATE
 DBPR ALONG WITH THE TIE DOWN ENGINEERING. IF IT IS SITE
 BUILD STRUCTURE YOU WILL NEED TO SUBMIT THE PLANS TO
 SHOW THAT IT COMPLIES WITH THE WINDLOADS. SINCE THE
 SHED IS BEING CONVERTED TO HABITABLE SPACE IT WILL HAVE
 TO BE REVIEWED BY PALM BEACH COUNTY TO SEE IF ANY
 IMPACT FEES ARE OWED. IT WILL ALSO NEED TO COMPLY WITH
 THE ENERGY AND ELECTRICAL CODES. SINCE THE WORK HAS
 BEEN COMPLETED AND COVERED WITH DRYWALL. THE DRYWALL
 MAY NEED TO BE REMOVED SO THAT THE FRAMING AND
 INSULATION CAN BE INSPECTED. FBC 107.2.1 & FBC-R301
  
 2) THE SCOPE OF WORK FOR THIS PROJECT IS NOT CLEAR.
 PROVIDE A DETAILED SCOPE OF WORK WITH DRAWINGS AND
 SECTIONS AS REQUIRED TO CLEARLY SHOW THE ENTIRE SCOPE
 OF THE PROPOSED WORK. FBC 107.2.1
  
 3) THERE HAS NOT BEEN ENOUGH INFORMATION PROVIDED TO
 COMPLETE A THROUGH REVIEW. ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY
