 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) 3RD REVIEW. PLEASE REVIEW THE BACK-EXIT DOOR, A
 INSWING DOOR AND ADJACENT TO THE LATCH SIDE OF THE DOOR
 THE NEW PORTION OF WALL AND EXISTING WALL ARE ONLY 8
 INCHES FROM THE EDGE OF THE DOOR, ACCESS. CODE SECTION
 404.2.4 FIGURE 404.2.4.1(A) REQUIRES 18 INCHES MINIMUM.
 2ND REVIEW COMMENTS. SHEET A.1. THIS REVIEW S NEW ADA
 RESTROOM HAS BEEN DESIGNED AND A NEW STORAGE CLOSET
 NEXT TO THE BACK EXIT. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH MANEUVERING
 CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE NEW STORAGE CLOSET & REAR EXIT.
 ACCESS. CODE 404.2.4 MANEUVERING CLEARANCES. DOORS.
 MINIMUM MANEUVERING CLEARANCES AT DOORS AND GATES SHALL
 COMPLY WITH 404.2.4. MANEUVERING CLEARANCES SHALL
 EXTEND THE FULL WIDTH OF THE DOORWAY AND THE REQUIRED
 LATCH SIDE FOR SIDE CLEARANCE.
 1ST ROUND OF COMMENTS. THE STATED VALUE OF THE WORK
 COVERED UNDER THIS PERMIT IS $16,000.00 DOLLARS IN
 VALUE. THE LIFE SAFETY SHEET A.2, PLEASE PROVIDE WHERE
 YOU WILL SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2020
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 202.4.1.
 DISPROPORTIONATE COST. ALTERATIONS MADE TO PROVIDE AN
 ACCESSIBLE PATH OF TRAVEL TO THE ALTERED AREA WILL BE
 DEEMED DISPROPORTIONATE TO THE OVERALL ALTERATION WHEN
