 1. DURING CONSTRUCTION:
  
 1.1. THE PROPERTY OWNER AND CONTRACTOR SHALL MAKE
 ARRANGEMENTS FOR PARKING OF CONTRACTOR VEHICLES TO
 MINIMIZE THE IMPACT ON ALL NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES.
  
 1.2. THE PROPERTY OWNER AND CONTRACTOR SHALL PROTECT
 ALL NEIGHBORING PROPERTY, INCLUDING VEHICLES, FROM
 DAMAGE OR DIRT CAUSED BY THE CONSTRUCTION, AND SHALL
 NOTIFY THE OCCUPANTS OF NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES ABOUT
 ALL STAGES OF CONSTRUCTION THAT MAY AFFECT THE USE OF
 THEIR PROPERTY.
  
 2. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY EXISTING
 TREES, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE OBTAINED FROM
 THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT ??? PLANNING
 DIVISION.
  
 3. IF APPLICABLE, THE DEVELOPER, ITS SUCCESSORS AND
 ASSIGNS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERMITTING AND
 INSTALLATION OF ANY STREET TREES, TREE GRATES, AND
 RIGHT-OF-WAY LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION THAT MAY BE
 APPROVED WITH THIS PETITION. ALL PERMITS SHALL BE
 OBTAINED PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION OF SUCH
 IMPROVEMENTS.
  
 4. IF APPLICABLE, THE DEVELOPER, ITS SUCCESSORS AND
 ASSIGNS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE
 ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY LANDSCAPING, TREE GRATES AND
 IRRIGATION ADJACENT TO THE PROPERTY THAT MAY BE
 APPROVED WITH THIS PETITION. A MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
 WITH THE CITY SHALL BE EXECUTED PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE
 OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
  
 5. IF APPLICABLE, ANY REQUIRED EASEMENTS (I.E.
 DRAINAGE, UTILITIES, PUBLIC ACCESS, OUTFALL, ETC.)
 SHALL BE PROVIDED VIA PLAT OR SEPARATE LEGAL
 INSTRUMENT.
  
 6. ALL UTILITY ELEMENTS (I.E. BACKFLOW PREVENTERS,
 ETC.) SHALL BE SCREENED WITH LANDSCAPING TO THE MAXIMUM
 EXTENT ALLOWED BY THE CONTROLLING UTILITY AGENCY.
  
 7. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE FIRST CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY:
  
 7.1. THE PROPERTY SHALL BE RE-PLATTED IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH ALL APPLICABLE STATUTES, REGULATIONS, AND THE
 CITY???S POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
  
 8. THE NEWLY PROPOSED PARKING STALL AREA ALONG GRANT
 STREET MUST BE LOCATED 20-FEET FROM THE EXISTING
 PEDESTRIAN CROSSWALK BY THE TAMARIND INTERSECTION, PER
 FDOT REGULATIONS. PLEASE SHOW SUCH MINIMUM DISTANCE ON
 THE SITE PLAN.
  
 9. PROVIDE BUS SHELTER DETAILS AND OBTAIN APPROVAL
 FROM PALM TRAN BY COORDINATING WITH YASH NAGAL
 ([email protected]); THE CITY???S ENGINEERING SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT SHALL BE COPIED ON THE CORRESPONDENCE.
