| | RIGHT-OF-WAY LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION THAT MAY BE |
| | APPROVED WITH THIS PETITION. ALL PERMITS SHALL BE |
| | OBTAINED PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION OF SUCH |
| | IMPROVEMENTS. |

| | 4. IF APPLICABLE, THE DEVELOPER, ITS SUCCESSORS AND |
| | ASSIGNS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE |
| | ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY LANDSCAPING, TREE GRATES AND |
| | IRRIGATION ADJACENT TO THE PROPERTY THAT MAY BE |
| | APPROVED WITH THIS PETITION. A MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT |
| | WITH THE CITY SHALL BE EXECUTED PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE |
| | OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. |
