 BE APPROVED UNTIL A PERMIT APPLICATION FOR THE POTABLE
 WATER BACKFLOW PREVENTER HAS BEEN SUBMITTED. YOU CAN
 SUBMIT AN APPLICATION TBD (TO BE DETERMINED) IF YOU DO
 NOT HAVE A CONTRACTOR SELECTED BY EMAILING A COMPLETED
 PERMIT APPLICATION TO [email protected]. YOU WILL
 RECEIVE INSTRUCTIONS TO PAY FEES AND UPLOAD PLANS. YOU
 MAY UPLOAD PLANS AND PAY FEES AT A FUTURE DATE, BUT THE
 APPLICATION IS REQUIRED AT THIS TIME. WE RECOMMEND THAT
 YOU PAY FEES AND UPLOAD PLANS AT THE SAME TIME. AFTER
 YOU HAVE THE PERMIT GENERATED, NOTIFY ME VIA EMAIL AND
 I WILL CHANGE THE REVIEW STATUS TO PASS.
  
 2) SHEET A-1.0: PLEASE REFER TO SEC. 233 FBC
 ACCESSIBILITY. BASED ON SECS. 233.3.1 & 233.3.1.1 A
 MINIMUM OF ONE OF THE TWELVE DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE
 DESIGNED WITH COMMUNICATION AND MOBILITY FEATURES IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH SECS. 809.2 & 809.4.
 CONCERNING THE PLUMBING REVIEW, THE BATHROOM IN THE
 UNIT THAT MUST MEET COMPLIANCE SHALL BE DESIGNED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH 809.4. SEC. 809.4 REFERS THE DESIGNER
 TO SECS. 603-610 FOR TOILET AND BATHING FIXTURE
 INSTALLATIONS. BECAUSE 809.2 REQUIRES THE SELECTED UNIT
 TO BE ON AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE IT APPEARS THE UNIT
 MEETING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE ON THE GROUND FLOOR. PLEASE
 PROVIDE AN ENLARGED DRAWING OF THE SELECTED UNIT
 INDICATING COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING LIST OF FBC
 ACC COMPLIANCES:
  
 A) SEC. 603.2.1: PROVIDE A TURNING SPACE IN THE
 BATHROOM COMPLYING WITH SEC. 304.
  
 B) SEC. 603.3 SHOW THE HEIGHT OF THE MIRROR AT THE
 LAVATORY TO BE INSTALLED WITH THE REFLECTIVE SURFACE 40
 INCHES MAXIMUM FOR THE FINISHED FLOOR.
  
 C) SEC. 604.3: CLEARANCE AROUND THE WATER CLOSET SHALL
 BE 60 INCHES MINIMUM MEASURED PERPENDICULAR FROM THE
 SIDE WALL AND 56 INCHES MINIMUM MEASURE PERPENDICULAR
 FOR THE REAR WALL. PROVIDE A 60 IN. WIDE X 56 IN. CLEAR
 FLOOR SPACE DIAGRAM AND DIMENSIONS FOR THE WATER
 CLOSETS. NO OTHER FIXTURES OR OBSTRUCTIONS SHALL BE
 LOCATED WITHIN THE REQUIRED CLEARANCE, HOWEVER THERE IS
 AN EXCEPTION WHICH ALLOWS A LAVATORY TO BE INSTALLED ON
 THE REAR WALL 18 INCHES MINIMUM FROM THE WATER CLOSER
 CENTERLINE WHERE THE CLEARANCE AT THE WATER CLOSET IS
 66 INCHES MINIMUM MEASURED PERPENDICULAR FROM THE REAR
 WALL.
  
 D) SEC. 606.2: A 30 INCHES X 48 INCHES CLEAR FLOOR
 SPACE POSITIONED FOR A FORWARD APPROACH IS REQUIRED FOR
 THE LAVATORY. KNEE AND TOE CLEARANCES ARE REQUIRED
 HOWEVER PLEASE NOTE EXCEPTION 3 A, B, & C WHICH ALLOWS
 FOR REMOVABLE CABINETRY AT THE LAVATORY.
  
 E) SEC. 604.2: SHOW THE CENTERLINE OF THE WATER CLOSET
 TO BE 16 INCHES MINIMUM TO 18 INCHES MAXIMUM FROM THE
 SIDE WALL.
  
 F) SEC. 604.4 EXCEPTION 2: SHOW THE HEIGHT OF THE WATER
 CLOSET SEAT 15 INCHES MINIMUM AND 19 INCHES MAXIMUM
 FROM THE FINISHED FLOOR.
  
 G) SEC. 604.5 EXCEPTION 2: SHOW LOCATIONS, LENGTHS, AND
 MOUNTING HEIGHTS OF GRAB BARS FOR THE WATER CLOSETS-
 SECS. 604.5 & 609.4, FIGURES 604.5.1 & 604.5.2, OR
 PROVIDE REINFORCEMENT LOCATIONS FOR FUTURE
 INSTALLATIONS PER EXCEPTION 2.
  
 H) SEC. 604.7: SHOW THE CENTERLINE OF THE TOILET PAPER
 DISPENSER TO BE LOCATED 7 INCHES MINIMUM TO 9 INCHES
 MAXIMUM FROM THE FRONT OF THE WATER CLOSET TO THE
 CENTERLINE OF THE DISPENSER.
  
 I) SEC. 606.3: SHOW THE HEIGHT OF THE LAVATORY SINK RIM
 OR COUNTER SURFACE TO BE MAXIMUM 34 INCHES FROM THE
 FINISHED FLOOR UNLESS MEETING EXCEPTION 2 WHICH ALLOWS
 THE HEIGHT TO BE 29-36 INCHES WHERE THE PLUMBING ROUGH
 IN LOCATIONS ALLOW FOR A SINK AT A HEIGHT OF 29 INCHES.
  
 J) SEC. 607.2: SHOW THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE FOR THE
 BATHTUB TO EXTEND THE LENGTH OF THE BATHTUB AND 30
 INCHES WIDE MINIMUM. A LAVATORY COMPLYING WITH SEC. 606
 IS PERMITTED AT THE CONTROL END OF THE CLEARANCE.
  
 K) SEC. 607.3: SHOW EITHER A PERMANENT SEAT AT THE HEAD
 OF THE TUB OR A REMOVABLE SEAT SHALL BE PROVIDED.
