 LAYOUT IS REVIEWED AND APPROVED. CONFIGURATION OF THE
 PARKING AND CURB CUTS MUST BE APPROVED BY ENGINEERING.
 2. REQUIREMENTS FOR TERMINAL ISLANDS AND REQUIRED
 TREES MUST BE MET FOR ALL NEW PARKING.
 3. FLORIDA FRIENDLY POINTS FOR (6)A. CANNOT BE VERIFIED
 AS THE PARKING LAYOUT AND NUMBER OF TREES REQUIRED HAS
 NOT BEEN FINALIZED.
 4. NATIVE AND DROUGHT TOLERANT LEVEL MUST BE IN
 INDIVIDUAL COLUMNS ON THE PLANT LIST FOR STAFF TO
 VERIFY.
 5. TREES MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 12 FEET IN HEIGHT AND
 FLORIDA GRADE #1.
 6. CONTAINER SIZE MUST BE AT LEAST 3 GALLON FOR THE
 SILVER BUTTONWOOD HEDGE AND BE LISTED ON THE PLANT
 LIST.
 7. TREES IN RIGHT OF WAY CANNOT BE COUNTED AS A BUFFER
 REQUIREMENT FOR THE PROPERTY. THIS IMPROVEMENT OF THE
 RIGHT OF WAY WILL BE ACCEPTABLE AFTER ENGINEERING
 REVIEW TO ESTABLISH THERE ARE NO UTILITY CONFLICTS.
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
  
 1. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERMITTING AND INSTALLATION OF THE
 RIGHT OF WAY LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION APPROVED WITH
 THIS PERMIT.
  
 2. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE RIGHT OF WAY
 LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION. THIS WILL BE THROUGH A
 SEPARATE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY.
