| | 2. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE |
| | RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE RIGHT OF WAY |
| | LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION. THIS WILL BE THROUGH A |
