 1) THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING AN UPDATED SURVEY. ZONING
 VERIFIED WITH VINCE NOEL, CITY SURVEYOR, THAT THE
 PROPERTY BETWEEN LOTS 1 AND 10 WAS CONVEYED FROM THE
 CITY'S COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO PRIVATE
 OWNERSHIP. THE PROPERTY OWNER SHOULD REACH OUT TO THE
 PALM BEACH COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISER TO CORRECT THE
 PROPERTY BOUNDARIES ON THEIR MAP. MR. NOEL INDICATED
 THAT THE CITY HAS AN ACTIVE 24-INCH GRAVITY SANITARY
 SEWER LINE THAT IS LOCATED SOUTH (OUTSIDE) OF THE
 14-FOOT UNDERGROUND UTILITY EASEMENT SHOWN ON THE
 SURVEY. PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME AT THE EMAIL CONTACT
 INFORMATION AT THE END OF THE COMMENTS FOR A MAP
 SHOWING THE LOCATION OF THE SEWER LINE. YOU MUST
 PROVIDE AN APPROVED EASEMENT CONSENT FORM FOR THE SEWER
 LINE FROM THE CITY AS PART OF THE RESUBMITTAL.
  
 2) UPDATED REPEAT COMMENT: THE PROPERTY APPRAISER LISTS
 LOTS 1 AND 10 AS BEING OWNED BY HLJ DEVELOPMENT, LLC.
 THE COMMENT RESPONSE STATES THAT BANYAN & ROSEMARY
 ACQUISITION, LLC, IS THE CURRENT PROPERTY OWNER AND
 THAT THE DEED VERIFYING THIS WAS PROVIDED. NO DEED WAS
 UPLOADED WITH THE PERMIT RESUBMITTAL AS REQUIRED.
  
 3) UPDATED COMMENT: THE PERMIT RESPONSE STATES THAT THE
 APPLICATION IS FOR PERMANENT (NOT CONSTRUCTION) FENCING
 AND COMPLIES WITH THE DMP FENCE REQUIREMENTS. THE
 PROPERTY IS WITHIN THE URBAN CORE PLANNING DISTRICT, SO
 IT MUST ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
  
 A. THE MAXIMUM FENCE AND GATE HEIGHT IS FOUR FEET ALONG
 A LOT FRONTAGE, WHICH INCLUDES BANYAN BOULEVARD, NORTH
 ROSEMARY AVENUE AND 2ND STREET. SIX-FOOT FENCES AND
 GATES ARE ONLY PERMITTED WITHIN THE REAR AND SIDE
 SETBACKS, WHICH START 30 FEET BACK FROM BANYAN
 BOULEVARD AND NORTH ROSEMARY AVENUE AND 35 FEET BACK
 FROM 2ND STREET CURB LINES.
 B. CHAIN-LINK FENCES AND GATES ARE PROHIBITED WITHIN
 THE STREET FRONTAGE MAXIMUM SETBACK WITHIN THE URBAN
 CORE PLANNING AREA. SEE COMMENT A FOR THE SETBACK
 DIMENSIONS FROM THE THREE STREET FRONTAGES FOR WHERE A
 CHAIN-LINK FENCE OR GATE WOULD BE PERMITTED. ALL
 CHAIN-LINK FENCES AND GATES MUST BE VINYL COATED, WHICH
 MUST BE CLEARLY INDICATED ON THE PLANS. NOTE: SCREENING
 MESH IS ONLY PERMITTED FOR TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION
 FENCES AND MAY NOT BE USED FOR THIS FENCE AND GATE.
  
 4) THE RESPONSE TO THE ADDRESSING REVIEWER COMMENTS
 STATES THAT THIS FENCE PERMIT IS ONLY FOR PCN
 74434321010270010, WHICH THE PALM BEACH COUNTY PROPERTY
 APPRAISER SHOWS AS NORTH OF THE 14-FOOT UNDERGROUND
 UTILITY EASEMENT SHOWN ON THE SURVEY. THE FENCE PLAN
 SHOWS THE FENCE NOT ONLY NORTH OF THE 14-FOOT
 UNDERGROUND UTILITY EASEMENT SHOWN ON THE SURVEY BUT
 ALSO SURROUNDING THE PARCEL SOUTH OF THE EASEMENT. THE
 FENCE PLAN MUST BE REVISED TO ONLY SHOW THE LIMITS OF
 WORK COVERED BY THIS PERMIT AND NOT THE OFFSITE WORK
 SHOWN SOUTH OF THE EASEMENT.
