 1) THE SURVEY PROVIDED WITH THE PERMIT DOES NOT MATCH
 WHAT IS SHOWN ON THE PALM BEACH COUNTY PROPERTY
 APPRAISER MAP. THE PROPERTY APPRAISER SHOWS THAT THE
 CITY'S COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OWNS PROPERTY
 BETWEEN LOTS 1 AND 10. THE SOUTH EAST CORNER OF LOT 10
 IS EXCLUDED FROM THE PROPERTY IN THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION
 OF LOT 10, YET IT IS SHOWN ON THE SURVEY. PROVIDE A
 SURVEY, LESS THAN A YEAR OLD, SHOWING THE ACCURATE SITE
 CONDITIONS.
  
 2) THE PROPERTY APPRAISER LISTS LOTS 1 AND 10 AS BEING
 OWNED BY HLJ DEVELOPMENT, LLC, AND THE PROPERTY BETWEEN
 THE LOTS LISTED AS BEING OWNED BY THE CRA. THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION LISTS THE PROPERTY OWNER AS BANYAN &
 ROSEMARY ACQUISITION, LLC. OWNER'S CONSENT IS REQUIRED
 FOR THE USE OF THE PROPERTY. IF THE BANYAN & ROSEMARY
 ACQUISITION, LLC, HAS ACQUIRED THE PROPERTY, PROVIDE
 THE DEED FOR THE SITE OF THE PROPOSED FENCE.
  
 3) THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS FOR TEMPORARY FENCING.
 PLEASE CLARIFY WHAT THE TEMPORARY FENCING IS FOR. IS
 THIS CONSTRUCTION FENCING? IF SO, PLEASE PROVIDE WHAT
 DEVELOPMENT CONSTRUCTION IS USING THE SITE. IF IT IS
 NOT CONSTRUCTION FENCING, THEN IT MAY NOT BE TEMPORARY
 FENCING AND MUST COMPLY WITH THE DOWNTOWN MASTER PLAN
 FENCE REQUIREMENTS.
  
 4) PLEASE NOTE THAT TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION FENCE
 PERMITS REQUIRE A PERMIT IS ISSUED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
 ACTIVITIES THAT THE FENCE SUPPORTS AND MAY NOT BE
 ERECTED MORE THEN 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF
 WORK UNDER THE ISSUED BUILDING PERMIT.
  
 5) ALL FENCES MUST COMPLY WITH THE CORNER SITE
 VISIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.
  
 6) ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY BE ISSUED WITH THE SUBMITTAL
 OF THE SURVEY REQUIRED BY COMMENT #1.
