 THE VIBRO PERMIT STATES THAT THIS PERMIT IS FOR
 BUILDING A ONLY; HOWEVER, THE PERMIT ENCOMPASSES THE
 ENTIRE NORTHWOOD COMMONS DEVELOPMENT BOUNDARY, WHICH
 INCLUDES BOTH BUILDINGS B AND C, AS A PHASED
 DEVELOPMENT. THE CURRENT REVIEW WILL ONLY APPROVE THE
 PORTION OF BUILDING A CONTAINED WITHIN PHASE 1 OF THE
 PHASING PLAN.
  
 PHASE 1 BUILDING A (WILL BE APPROVED WITH THIS PERMIT
 WHEN COMMENTS ARE ADDRESSED) INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING
 ASSOCIATED PERMITS; HOWEVER, SINCE THE ADDRESS OF THIS
 PERMIT NUMBER IS NOT WITHIN PHASE 2, NO WORK ON 2484
 PINEWOOD MAY OCCUR BASED ON THE ISSUANCE OF PERMIT

 THIS PERMIT WILL ONLY PERMIT THE VIBRO WORK FOR PHASE
 1. VIBRO WORK WITHIN PHASES 2, 3, 4, PINEWOOD AVENUE
 AND NORTHWOOD ROAD WILL REQUIRE A REVISION TO THE
 PERMIT BEFORE COMMENCING.
  
 UPON APPROVAL OF A RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT THAT ALLOWS WORK
 WITHIN A SPECIFIC PORTION OF A CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY, THE
 SPECIFIC PHASE LINE CAN BE EXTENDED TO ENCOMPASS THE
 SPECIFIC RIGHT-OF-WAY AREA THROUGH THE APPROVAL OF A
 PERMIT REVISION (IE ADDED TO A FUTURE PHASE).
 CURRENTLY, CITY ENGINEERING HAS NOT ISSUED THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT TO USE THE RIGHTS-OF-WAY WITHIN THE
 PROJECT BOUNDARIES VIBRO RELATED WORK. VINCE NOEL HAS
 STATED THAT WORK WITHIN THE RIGHTS-OF-WAY WITHIN PHASE
 1 HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THE ENGINEERING DIVISION,
 SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY FEES; THEREFORE,
 NO REVISION IS REQUIRED FOR THE RIGHTS-OF-WAY WITHIN
 PHASE 1. NO WORK MAY OCCUR WITHIN THESE RIGHTS-OF-WAY
 (24TH ST AND ADJACENT ALLEYS) UNTIL THE RIGHT-OF-WAY
 PERMIT HAS BEEN ISSUED.
  
 FOR FUTURE PHASES, THE APPROVED RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT,
 INCLUDING THE SITE PLANS, MUST BE UPLOADED PRIOR TO A
 PHASE LINE BEING SHOWED OVER A RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 UPON APPROVAL, THE PHASE 1 VIBRO PERMIT WILL MEET THE
 CONSTRUCTION PERMIT REQUIREMENT FOR THE ENTIRE
 NORTHWOOD SQUARE DEVELOPMENT AND THUS PERMITS THE
 ISSUANCE OF A DEMOLITION PERMIT FOR THE BUILDINGS
 WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE NORTHWOOD SQUARE
 DEVELOPMENT.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO THE
 ISSUANCE OF THE PHASE 1 APPROVAL:
  
 1) UPDATED REPEAT COMMENT: THE ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN
 AND THE FOUNDATION/GROUND LEVEL FRAMING PLAN SHEETS
 PROVIDED WITH THIS PERMIT DO NOT MATCH THE LATEST SITE
 PLAN FOR BUILDING A CURRENTLY UNDER REVIEW AS PART OF
 THE FORMAL SITE PLAN. NEITHER OF THESE PLANS WERE
 UPDATED TO ADDRESS THE STAFF COMMENTS DATED JANUARY 6,
 2023. THE STRUCTURAL COLUMNS SHOWN ON THESE PLANS DO
 NOT MATCH THE LOCATIONS THAT ARE SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN
 AND IN THE CASE OF THE FOUNDATION/GROUND LEVEL FRAMING
 PLAN, INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR WALL LOCATIONS DO NOT MATCH
 THE LATEST SITE PLAN. ALL PLANS NEED TO SHOW ACCURATE,
 CONSISTENT CONDITIONS. NOTE: THESE PLANS ALSO DO NOT
 MATCH THE SUBMITTED FOUNDATION PERMIT PLANS.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT: ONCE CORRECTED, THE RESUBMITTED
 FOUNDATION/GROUND LEVEL FRAMING PLAN NEEDS TO INCLUDE
 THE SETBACK DIMENSIONS TO THE PROPERTY LINES.
  
 FUTURE PHASES THAT WILL REQUIRE PERMIT REVISIONS TO
