 1) THE SITE IS CURRENTLY BISECTED BY PINEWOOD AVENUE,
 NORTHWOOD ROAD, 24TH STREET AND TWO ALLEYS. WHILE THERE
 IS AN APPLICATION TO ABANDON THESE RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND
 REPLAT THE AREA, NONE OF THESE HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY
 CITY COMMISSION. ADDITONALLY, THE BMUD REGULATIONS DO
 NOT PERMIT THE DEMOLITION OF THE EXISTING STRUCTURES
 UNTIL BUIDING PERMITS FOR THE NEW STRUCTURES HAVE BEEN
 APPROVED.
  
 2) THE RIGHTS-OF-WAY INCLUDE CITY UTILITES WHICH MUST
 BE RELOCATED AND/OR ABANDONED PRIOR TO ANY WORK BEING
 DONE IN THE RIGHST-OF-WAY TO AVOUD INTERUPTION OF CITY
 SERVICES.
  
 3) ONLY THE PARCELS (NOT RIGHTS-OF-WAY) THAT ARE VACANT
 MAY HAVE THE WORK STARTED ON THEM AND THE AREAS OF WOK
 WOULD NEED TO BE CLEARLY DELINEATED ON THE PLAN.
  
 4) CONTRARY TO THE RESPONSE LETTER, THE FORMAL SITE
 PLAN HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED FOR THE PROJECT. THE
 PLANNING BOARD GRANTED VARIANCES AND APPROVAL OF THE
 PROJECT BASED ON THE SUBMITTED DEVELOPMENT PLAN. THE
 FINAL SITE PLAN IS STILL PENDING.
