 REVIEW COMMENTS TO BE ADDRESSED:
 1. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CITY???S ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR) SUBSECTION
 94-313(A)(3)(G), PLEASE REVISE THE PROPOSED DOCK PLAN,
 ACCORDINGLY, TO IDENTIFY/INDICATE/DEMONSTRATE THE
 MAXIMUM ALLOWED NUMBER OF MOORING SLIPS. EITHER REMOVE
 ONE (1) OF THE PROPOSED JET SKI LIFTS OR THE PROPOSED
 BOAT LIFT.
 2. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ZLDR SUBSECTION
 94-313(A)(3)(K), PLEASE REVISE THE TYPICAL DOCK PROFILE
 AND DOCK SECTIONS, ACCORDINGLY, TO
 IDENTIFY/INDICATE/DEMONSTRATE THE PROPOSED PILINGS
 FLUSH WITH THE BASE OF THE PROPOSED DOCK EXCEPT FOR THE
 PROPOSED PILINGS CONNECTED TO THE PROPOSED BOAT LIFT
 AND JET SKI LIFT, WHICH MAY BE ABOVE THE BASE OF THE
 PROPOSED DOCK.
 3. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ZLDR SUBSECTION
 94-313(A)(3)(L), PLEASE REVISE THE PROPOSED DOCK PLAN,
 TYPICAL DOCK PROFILE AND DOCK SECTIONS, ACCORDINGLY, TO
 IDENTIFY/INDICATE/DEMONSTRATE AT LEAST ONE (1) LADDER
 FOR THE PROPOSED DOCK.
 4. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ZLDR SUBSECTION
 94-313(A)(3)(O), PLEASE REVISE THE PROPOSED DOCK PLAN,
 TYPICAL DOCK PROFILE AND DOCK SECTIONS, ACCORDINGLY, TO
 IDENTIFY/INDICATE/DEMONSTRATE THE LOCATION OF THE
 STREET ADDRESS OF THE UPLAND PROPERTY ON THE PROPOSED
