 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 ACTION: DENIED
  
 1) 2ND REQUEST. PLEASE NOTE THE SET BACK DISTANCES ON
 THE SITE PLAN. THE PROPOSED SITE PLAN DOES NOT SHOW THE
 SETBACK DISTANCE REQUIREMENTS OF THE SIDE SETBACK NOR
 REAR SETBACK.
 2020 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO
 INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK
 PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES,
 RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
  
 2) 2ND REQUEST. ON THE SITE PLAN PROVIDE THE DISTANCE
 FOR THE SIDE SET BACK, THE ACTUAL WIDTH FOR THE
 PROPOSED MANUFACTURED BUILDING (VARIES FROM 8 FEET TO
 13.88 FEET) AND THE REMAINING DISTANCE TO THE MAIN
 STRUCTURE. THE TOTAL DISTANCE SHOULD ADD UP TO 32 FEET
 AS SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN. SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH 2020
 FBC-BUILDING TABLE 602 FIRE RESISTANCE RATING
 REQUIREMENTS FOR EXTERIOR WALLS BASED ON FIRE
 SEPARATION DISTANCE.

 4) 2ND REQUEST. SUBMIT DOWNLOADED STATE APPROVED PLANS
 AND UPLOAD INTO OUR SYSTEM. THE STATE APPROVED PLAN PSI
 APPROVAL 2015-06-02 IS UNDER THE 2014 FBC-B IS THIS
 SHED A USED SHED AND BEING MOVED FROM A DIFFERENT WIND
 ZONE? 2020 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1.

 AND COPIED TO MANY TIMES. 107.2.1.3. QUALITY OF PLANS.
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY ESTABLISH THROUGH DEPARTMENT
 POLICY OTHER STANDARDS FOR THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
 IN ORDER TO PROVIDE CONFORMITY TO ITS RECORD RETENTION
 PROGRAM. THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE SUCH THINGS AS MINIMUM
 SIZE, SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR OTHER ITEMS RELATED
 TO RECORD MANAGEMENT. ELECTRONIC MEDIA MUST BE
 COMPATIBLE WITH THE ARCHIVE REQUIREMENTS OF FLORIDA
 STATUTES.
  
 6) 2ND REQUEST. PLEASE PROVIDE A COMPLETE SET OF PLANS
 FROM THE FLORIDA STATE MANUFACTURES (MODULAR) BUILDING
 PROGRAM.
