 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 ACTION: DENIED
 1) SHEET G1.02 PLEASE REVIEW THE MAIN ENTRY THERE ARE
 (2) SETS OF DOORS, A PAIR OF DOUBLE DOORS AND A SINGLE
 DOOR. THE DOORS IN THEIR SWING DO NOT KEEP A FOUR-FOOT
 DISTANCE BETWEEN THE SETS OF DOORS.
 2020 FBC-ACCESS. CODE 404.2.6 DOORS IN SERIES. THE
 DISTANCE BETWEEN 2 HINGED DOORS OR PIVOTED DOORS IN
 SERIES SHALL BE 48 INCHES MINIMUM PLUS THE WIDTH OF
 DOORS SWINGING INTO THE SPACE. SEE FIGURE 404.2.6.
  
 2) SHEET G1.02 & 1.01BOTH SHOW AT THE BOTTOM OF THE
 TENANT SPACE OPEN AREA 02, IT APPEARS THERE IS A TENANT
 SEPARATION WALL WITH A DOOR OPENING INTO THE GRAY AREA
 OF ANOTHER TENANT WITH NO DOORWAY TO THE PUBLIC
 CORRIDOR?
 2020 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1. CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE
 LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND
 SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS
 OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND
 REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 3) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER / NARRATIVE LISTING THE
 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF
 THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR
 SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL
 HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR
