 1) THE PERMIT VALUE IS STATED AT $3,000.00 DOLLARS IN
 VALUE, VALUE SEEMS LOW.
 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. IF, IN THE OPINION OF
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF
 BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS,
 MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE
 UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE
 DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS
 AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL,
 PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISHES, NORMAL SITE
 WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR BUILDINGS),
 ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COST, OVERHEAD
 AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE. VALUATION
 REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED DATA OF
 NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
 FOR LOCATION AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS. FIRE SPRINKLER PERMIT VALUE NOT TO BE
 INCLUDED UNDER THIS MASTER PERMIT.
  
 2) SHEET A-1 INDICATES A NEW BEDROOM, BUT THE PLANS
 FAIL TO ADDRESS WITH THE NEW WALLS AND A CONCRETE
 FLOOR/ CEILING ASSEMBLY ABOVE HOW WILL THE NEW FIRE
 SPRINKLER PIPES GOING TO BE RUN INTO THE NEW ROOM TO
 ACHIEVE COVERAGE OF ALL WALLS. 107.2.1 CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE
 LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND
 SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS
 OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND
 REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.

 THE FAIR HOUSING ACT. . FAIR HOUSING ACT DESIGN AND
 CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS. FOR PURPOSES OF THIS
 SECTION, A COVERED MULTIFAMILY DWELLING SHALL BE DEEMED
 TO BE DESIGNED AND CONSTRUCTED FOR FIRST OCCUPANCY ON
 OR BEFORE MARCH 13, 1991, IF THEY ARE OCCUPIED BY THAT
 DATE OR IF THE LAST BUILDING PERMIT OR RENEWAL THEREOF
 FOR THE COVERED MULTIFAMILY DWELLINGS IS ISSUED BY A
 STATE, COUNTY OR LOCAL GOVERNMENT ON OR BEFORE JANUARY
 13, 1990.
 THE FLOOR PLAN INDICATES DOOR NUMBER (1) TO BE
 32-INCH-WIDE DOOR. IN THE 2020 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE
 BACK OF BOOK, FAIR HOUSING ACCESSIBILITY GUIDELINES /
 DESIGN GUIDELINES FOR ACCESSIBLE/ ADAPTABLE DWELLINGS.

 DOORS INTENDED FOR THE USER PASSAGE THROUGH THE UNIT
 WHICH HAVE A CLEAR OPENING OF AT LEAST 32 INCHES
 NOMINAL WIDTH WHEN THE DOOR IS OPEN 90 DEGREES,
 MEASURED BETWEEN THE FACE OF THE DOOR AND THE DOOR
 STOP. SEE FIGURE (A) FOR HINGED DOORS. NOTE A
 34-INCH-WIDE DOOR WILL MEET THIS REQUIREMENT.
  
 4) THE PLANS ARE SILENT IF THERE IS TO BE A CHANGE IN
 FLOORING? 107.2.1 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION MAYBE
 REQUIRED.
