 NOTE:
 LEVEL 3 ALTERATION. SEC. 604 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING.
 SEC. 901.2 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. SEC. 801.3
 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS,
 COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.

 ALL NEW WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH THE MATERIALS AND
 METHODS REQUIREMENTS IN THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.
  
 1- FLOOR PLAN SHOWS REPLACEMENT OF EXTERIOR DOORS FOR
 MASTER BEDROOM AND FAMILY ROOM. ACCORDING TO CITY
 RECORDS THESE TWO ROOMS ARE GARAGE AND PORCH
 RESPECTIVELY. THERE ARE NO PERMITS IN THE CITY RECORDS
 FOR CONVERSION OF GARAGE AND PORCH. IT LOOKS LIKE THESE
 ENCLOSURES WERE DONE WITHOUT RESPECTIVE PERMITS. NEED
 TO PROVIDE COMPLETE SET OF PLANS SHOWING PROPOSED
 CONVERSION. SEC. 105.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 2- DOOR PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED IS INCOMPLETE. NEED
 TO PROVIDE COMPLETE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL, INCLUDING
 THE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL COVER PAGE THAT
 CORRESPONDS TO THE DRAWINGS SUBMITTED. FAC 61G20.3.001
 NOTE: THE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL IS REQUIRED BECAUSE
 IT SHOWS IF PRODUCT IS APPROVED AND CURRENT CODE IN
 EFFECT. CHAPTER 553 F.S.
  
 3- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR ENTRY INSWING SINGLE
 ENTRY DOOR AS SHOWN ON FLOOR PLAN.
 FAC 61G20.3.001.
  
 4- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. UPDATE VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL COSTS.

 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT WITH A DESCRIPTION OF WHERE AND
 HOW THE COMMENT WAS ADDRESSED WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE THE
