2023-01-13 11:21:46AS INDICATED IN MY COMMENTS, THE BUILDING IS LIMITED TO
 THREE (3) SIGNS. IF I COUNT THE EXISTING SIGNS ON THE
 WINDOW AS INDIVIDUAL SIGNS, THEN THAT MEANS THERE WOULD
 BE???
  
 6 EXISTING WINDOW SIGNS
 1 PROPOSED WALL SIGNS
 7 TOTAL SIGNS (THIS EXCEEDS THE CODE BY 4 SIGNS)
  
 THE CODE DOES ALLOW ME TO COLLECTIVELY COUNT ALL OF THE
 WINDOW SIGNS AS JUST 1 SIGN, BUT THAT REQUIRES
 CALCULATING THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF AN IMAGINARY BOX
 DRAWN AROUND ALL OF THEM. MY ESTIMATE IS THAT THIS BOX
 WOULD BE 117 SQUARE FEET. WITH ONLY 144 SQUARE FEET OF
 SIGNAGE ALLOWED ON THAT FA??ADE, THAT WOULD LEAVE ONLY
 27 SQUARE FEET AVAILABLE FOR THE NEW WALL SIGN (AS
 PROPOSED IT IS 46.5 SQUARE FEET).
  
 TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE YOU COULD REDUCE THE SIZE OF THE
 PROPOSED SIGN (TO 27 SQUARE FEET OR LESS)???.OR REMOVE
 SOME OF THE WINDOW SIGNS???.OR REDUCE THE SIZE OF THE
 WINDOW SIGNS (SEPARATE PERMIT REQUIRED).
