 THAN 4 FEET (1219 MM) ABOVE THE FLOOR, (DRYWALL IS NOT
 CONSIDERED A HARD SURFACE)
  
 4) PLEASE SHOW THE DISTANCE FROM THE EXISTING BUILDING
 - FBC 602.1GENERAL.
 BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES ERECTED OR TO BE ERECTED,
 ALTERED OR EXTENDED IN HEIGHT OR AREA SHALL BE
 CLASSIFIED IN ONE OF THE FIVE CONSTRUCTION TYPES
 DEFINED IN SECTIONS 602.2 THROUGH 602.5. THE BUILDING
 ELEMENTS SHALL HAVE A FIRE-RESISTANCE RATING NOT LESS
 THAN THAT SPECIFIED IN TABLE 601 AND EXTERIOR WALLS
 SHALL HAVE A FIRE-RESISTANCE RATING NOT LESS THAN THAT
 SPECIFIED IN TABLE 602.
  
 FBC 705.5 FIRE-RESISTANCE RATINGS.
 EXTERIOR WALLS SHALL BE FIRE-RESISTANCE RATED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH TABLES 601 AND 602 AND THIS SECTION.
 THE REQUIRED FIRE-RESISTANCE RATING OF EXTERIOR WALLS
 WITH A FIRE SEPARATION DISTANCE OF GREATER THAN 10 FEET
 (3048 MM) SHALL BE RATED FOR EXPOSURE TO FIRE FROM THE
 INSIDE. THE REQUIRED FIRE-RESISTANCE RATING OF EXTERIOR
 WALLS WITH A FIRE SEPARATION DISTANCE OF LESS THAN OR
 EQUAL TO 10 FEET (3048 MM) SHALL BE RATED FOR EXPOSURE
 TO FIRE FROM BOTH SIDES.

 OPENINGS IN EXTERIOR WALLS SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTIONS
 705.8.1 THROUGH 705.8.6.
  
 5) FIRE SPRINKLERS - FBC 903.2.9.1REPAIR GARAGES.
 AN AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM SHALL BE PROVIDED
 THROUGHOUT ALL BUILDINGS USED AS REPAIR GARAGES IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 406, AS SHOWN: A GROUP S-1 FIRE
 AREA USED FOR THE REPAIR OF COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLES
 WHERE THE FIRE AREA EXCEEDS 5,000 SQUARE FEET (464 M2).
  
 6) DRAWING A0.0 - BUILDING DATA - 1 STORY WITH PARTIAL
